No, actually she thought it was fine. Performing these procedures is an art and it's difficult to say how much ink you need to use in each case. You really just need to eyeball it.

That's actually the second report I came across about someone losing an eye after attempting to do this. WTF! The two words that immediately come to mind are DARWIN AWARD. It's not that she could have simply grabbed her phone and searched for 'eyeball tattoo risks' or something like that. Ignorance is not an excuse anymore in the 21st century and I guess some people just have to learn the hard way.
