The OP nailed it for certain things.
Napoli is savage.
The chaos, the filth, the crime, the rulelessness, the absurdity of all, but at the same time the dramatic beauty of the cultural heritage, the sick food, the warmth of the local people and the top notch customer service everywhere for anything.

The real problem I had when I was in Naples last time in September 2017 was the place is absolutely overruled by illegal immigrants, illegal workers, dangerous rapefugees and all the like. It really feels it's being taken over by fucking africa. Call me a pussy but walking out in the night did not feel good at all.

Ok, it seems to be a lot of people didn't understand what I meant.
If you want a fast lay, you need to point on high end girls, who are less traditional and more easygoing.
But those girls are used to expensive places, luxuries stuffs and guys who throw money on them.
Average an ugly girls are like (a girl really told me that):
