I love the direction this thread took. From "don't do steroids" to discussing different methods.

Kwisatz, I'm going on for the first time. I didn't want to do 250 cause that just seems like a high trt dose and I don't want to do a standard 500 cause I'm not sure how I'll react to that high dose.
I've read first timers can get good results at 350 mg mark with easier to manage sides.

Just waiting for ancillaries to come in from India by end of September.

I really just go by feel. When I start feeling to lethargic from higher doses I reduce the dose. I did the whole low test high tren/other compounds for a little bit but that didn't treat me as well. I just increased my test dose from 500mg (which I've been on almost all year) to 1200mg. In all reality, if you live a healthy lifestyle one could probably run a gram of test for a very long time without adverse effects. First time running test this high I'll see how it treats me. Get blood work done if you are concerned.

Most pro bodybuilders are on at least 1 gram of test a week for years on end. I've heard of many power lifters that run 2/3 grams of test even during their cruises for similar amounts of time. Not to mention upwards of 300mg of anadrol for competitions etc. This is where the one crosses the line to "abuse" in my opinion but that is what it takes to compete at the highest level.

Just depends. Usually 600-800mgs of test and maybe some deca or eq at half that. Depends what's available honestly.

Too much doesn't always give you better results.

I've posted pics here a couple times, but anyway im 6'2 255 at about 13-15% bodyfat.

I use test enanthate because it's very available to me.

I used steroids before and experienced huge gains relative to training without them. After Quitting it was depressing and took almost a year to feel "normal again" and subsequently lost most if not all of my gains. Every man has to make his own decisions. I made the decision to try it and will never do it again. I do not judge those that utilize steroids. I prefer to focus on lean , functional muscle gains with priority to function at organically sustainable levels.

Some things I do I feel effective at increasing gains and Test levels since I have made the decision not to utilize artificial hormones is the following:

1. NO Fap-- There is a thread on this forum on this to do your own research.
2. Krav maga Training -- I think simulating fighting taps into the primitive areas of a man's brain to increase test production. I train at a no bullshit Gym in Estonia with serious russian dudes whom I fully respect.
3.Paleo Diet- Makes me feel like a lion.
4. Quitting Caffeine- I sleep better and more deeply and recover faster which is when muscles grow.
5. Intermittent fasting- Also a thread on this forum to conduct your own research.

"Steroids" and "I made the decision to try it" are words that carry a lot of ambiguity. Please, be specific. What were your measurable gains, what were you taking, how did you take it, how long did you take it, Hows old were you the, how old were you when you took your last injection or pill, and did you have Post Cycle Therapy?

I suggest starting at the bare minimum, that way you can increase slowly as you need to. The goal is to take the lease necessary for the most gains. I began with 50 Mg, of Testosterone Propionate every 4th day.

Do not buy from anyone that was not referenced by a friend who buys from the person they are recommending. Be sure to ask all your friends for a source, don't be shy. Several of your gym-buddies are taking something and never told you.

You'd be surprised.

When you do buy, get 10-20 ml. No big/bulk orders until you know they are legit. Rich Piana was a verified racist, but he was also a wealth of information about steroids. He did a 5-minute video I recommend.





In other videos, he was open about knowing that he was not using steroids, he was abusing steroids. He also talked about how big his heart was because of all the high doses of substances he used and that he knew for certain he would die early because of it.

350 is an interesting number to inject. Are you using Propionate, Ethanate, Cypionate, or one of the many unholy blends of Testosterone there are?

My plan is the following:

Cypionate 2 times a week Sub Q injection for total of 300-350 / week.

Taking dutasteride 5-7 times per week cause Im DHT sensitive.

Anastrozole every 2-3 days

I have HCG so depending on how I feel about shut down Ill use that 2-3 times a week at a low dose.

Truth be told, rich was more about the drugs than the training.

If you want a better role model for how to gain size without doing that sort of damage to your health, go look into YouTube videos featuring dusty hanshaw or Evan centopani. No they're not drug free but there is more of a focus on diet and training.

Last I checked rubebwoy isn't a cardiologist. Real lifters know that all the guys on gear sniff cocaine because it actually gives your heart a solid workout for maximum gains. I would actually recommend meth myself, though.

The main reason I don't consider doing steroid use is because if you take it far enough you'll be in deep waters with an effective means of getting a heart attack before 30, and it seems to me that the entire point of steroids is to take things far.

For a real answer. I'll consider TRT when I get older. Only 27 now and my levels are plenty high. No competitive reasons to hop on them either.

If you do cycle, I would ignore all bodybuilding websites, with the possible exception of thinksteroids.com. Whatever you do, do not use long estered products. The shit stays in your system for months. Oral steroids are far safer, out of your system quickly, and give better results than most admit.

What's your opinion on running the bottom basic: 500 mg test/2x wk + AI, hCG, PCT etc?

Funny, I went back and looked at the photos OP posted and if that guy is running that much shit and only looks like that I'm sort of puzzled.

I won't claim I'm that lean but I've had similar leanness just running LOW dosages of test, Dbol and deca. Masteron is fucking pricy. I'd be mad if I only looked like that on mast.

I've got a friend running a gram of test on a blast and while he looks awesome he doesn't look that much better than when he was on 300mg for his cruise.

Are you kidding me, dude has a world class physique. He is 6'3 or 6'4 8-10%bf at 225lbs. That's fucking god tier
