I have already been to Sao Paulo and Rio. I loved both - both are very beautiful cities, and I had no trouble with women in either city.

I've heard wonderful things about Florianopolis. If you're there for Carnival, which it sounds like you are, check out Recife/Olindo.

I'm also looking to bang Brazil for a few months - starting February.
Can we get some other recommendations besides the ones posted in the poll above?

I have been to Rio before for a quick vaca, and Rio is obviously incredible but also the hotspot and with that comes more tourists more assholes and more expensive cost of living.

So my question is, what's the best 2nd tier city in Brazil for bangs and value?
I do speak decent portuguese so that helps. Thanks
