Why the FUCK are people bringing up famous celebrities when it comes to rating male looks? Fame, status, preselection, and hype all break the rules of game. These guys are so maxed out by fame they could look like Chewbacca and have groupies. I seriously hate when people bring up celebrities and try to boil down their shit to regular guy dynamics. It doesn't even apply. Fame and status on a celebrity level break the laws of game like science fiction breaks the laws of the universe. Celebrities should almost never be discussed when it comes to talking about regular aspects of game. Especially looks. You don't need looks when you're a household name worth tens of millions and instead of preselection and social status through your instagram, you get it through NBC, TMZ, MTV, movies, and radio.

Yeah I just saw Rob Lowe yesterday on Kimmel. Damn at age 53, he's killing it in terms of looks/style. Another lucky bastard with good genes is John Stamos at the same age. Must be his Greek genes though...Friggin Ralph Macchio is the example of fountain of youth. That guy is like 55yo and looks in his 20's.

Not everyone is blessed in the looks department, but there's most definitely a few easy ways to seriously bump yourself up a level or two. I'd say this is the best combo, and none of it rocket science:

1. Change your diet and up your workouts significantly for a few weeks to a month. You'll probably drop 10 pounds. Not only will your body be leaner, your face will too. Your jawline will be more pronounced, which is a very attractive trait in the eyes of women. Better diet (namely, more fruits/vegetables and less sugar) will have huge effects on your skin and wakefulness, not just your body. After that month, when you realize how much better you look, sustain.
2. Get better sleep. If you aren't sleeping 8 hours a night, I promise you aren't looking your best. Your eyes will be far more vibrant, your skin will be sharper, no bags under the eyes. As men, we don't wear makeup. We can't just doctor up our faces.
3. Presuming you have hair, do something with it. Anything. When I wake up and my hair looks like shit, I look like shit. This changes fast after a shower and 10 seconds of styling.
4. Practice posture. This one might be the most important. Sagging, droopy shoulders/hunched back? Not attractive, both aesthetically and subconsciously. It looks like shit, and you strike people as someone with no confidence, no swagger, no edge. The more you practice, the stronger your upper back muscles will become as they adapt, and thus, posture becomes a habit, not a hassle.

This is a thread about improving looks. Celebrities are a good example because they have been in the public so we have pictures of them over time. The simples most effective tools of improving male looks and charisma are:

1. Game


2. workout

Works even if butt-ugly head is at the top.

3. Diet - low bodyfat makes most men significantly more attractive in facial features


Male 4-5:


Male 7-8 - same guy:



Occasionally you get a transformation from a male 4-5 to 8-9, but that is the power of losing fat.

4. Style & wardrobe - basic Red Pill stuff - included among those are things like no glasses or only super-cool glasses / haircut that fits your genetics - if you have too little hair, shave it and get a suntan etc.

I swear, counting only outward, clothed appearance, your average Asian ladyboy is more attractive than your average American woman, at a 5'4" average height and close to 170 lbs in weight (the latest average I've read was 166.2 lbs).

Most men have cheap haircuts. Go to a hair stylish and learn how to style your hair that makes you look more attractive!

Lose weight and be in your BMI range. You look less fat in the face when your in BMI range. I go for a muscular athlete body these days cause I'm 37. Everyone thinks I look 25-30. When you put on allot of muscle, most the time you put on fat where fat in the face makes you less attractive! If your young it's ok.

Read self help books and listen to self help everyday until your confidence and self-esteem is nature!

Eat healthy so you have good energy and get 7-8 hours of sleep a night. I use to get very little sleep and when I looked into the mirror I would look like the walking dead.

Stop all bad habits, smoking, illegal drugs, drinking (moderation is ok), negative friends and people, hours on social media, 2 much TV/YouTube, porn, 2 much coffee/caffeine, junk food, media, etc... Anything that drains your life force and is negative. Positive behaviour attracts positive energy while negative attracts negative and brings you down.

Hit the gym every day or two!

Meditate 30-60 mins everyday!

Buy expensive clothes!

Practise alpha body language everyday until it's nature!

Looking people in the eyes!

Charisma starts from the mind!

Record yourself and see how you look. Talk to yourself in the mirror. Get feedback from friends. Record your interaction with women and make changes if need be!

For me, Sunday is where I try to have time myself and reevaluate myself and the week. If need be, make new improvements for the next week.

Here's a pretty good example of this.. lose the facial hair, get a bad haircut and gain weight, add some terrible clothes, and here you have Christian Bale (preparing for his role as Dick Cheney). How many guys could do that in the opposite direction with some drive and good advice, I'd imagine a decent amount.

Looks matters but sometimes people forget to just fucking relax.
My sister's boyfriend is looking like Chad 11/10 and still had to do a nose surgery.

But it's your duty to go to the GYM if you have a normal office job or any other non-physical Job. Dressing well and having a fitting haircut (or shave if you balding) is also common sense.

But Game is still 3 times more important and adds instantly 2 points or more.

Yesterday I went out with 2 polish women which one I fuck.
She is an 8 at least and I'm the average 6,5 Joe. Now, way better-looking guys than me, approached my girls' friend (she is also around an 8) and all of them were terrible at seducing women and got shot down so quickly. One guy, a jacked dude was too afraid to approach my girl's friend and had sent the waitress to ask for her number. Of course, he didn't get it. I was smiling and enjoying my women and drinking my beer and felt like a king watching all the guys getting rejected the whole night lol. I also enjoy alcohol and having actual fun with women and they love it. Wouldnt had been the same fun if I told them: "Nah girl my six pack cant stand alcohol...". I wanna enjoy life that's sexy.

Game + 2-3 times a week GYM and dress nice and you are already ahead of most men that I see. If you add daygame to that, you are in the top 20 percent in my world.

^ This. I asked a family member who was a professional photographer to review my pictures since my swipe-app results were ass. He told me to raise my head to elongate my neck and show off my jawline. I tried concentrating on that and immediately felt better as well as looked better. He also noticed I slouched in group photos trying not to take up too much space, he told me to knock that off - puff my chest out and don't be afraid to dominate the photo.

I've read somewhere that tall women tend to have poor posture because they are always bending down to hear what other girls are saying and don't want to feel gigantic. Same probably goes for guys (like me) who used to be chubby, we try to hide the gut by sucking in and slouching when in reality you get more out of a confident, forward posture where people don't notice your gut anyway.
