@aeroektar Google my friend, don't make me say it out loud. But no, let's see if I can get through this without taking too much shit, because I know there are other guys on here that use similar things. Aka beauty balm or blemish balm, the consensus is they "should provide hydration, SPF protection and sheer coverage alongside soothing and healing properties - preventing the need for numerous separate products." Basically heals and hides redness or blemishes. If your dignity can handle it, highly recommended if you don't have perfect complexion or skin tone.

I dont see how dignity factors in, I'm trying to look the best I can, have any brand you want to recommend? Sounds like it would be good to have around just in case. I'm clueless when it comes to beauty products and most of what I've tried has been garbage.

Diet has had a massive impact on my skin health, I ate a standard American diet all my life and had cystic acne to varying degrees throughout most of my adult life, up until about 6 months ago when I took a hard approach to cutting shit out of my diet.

No dairy
No gluten
No sugar added

Those 3 changes along with a diet consisting of whole fresh foods cleared my skin up amazingly, to the point where I might see maybe one or two tiny white heads a week that are easy to take care of (pro tip: raw honey works great as a spot treatment on popped zits).

I can also vouch of Hada Labo Hyraluronic Acid, best selling in Japan, comes in a big bottle that lasts a while, it's all I use to moisturize my skin.

Depends on your best look being a 6 vs. your current look being a 6 but I am in the yes camp, provided you are average looking.

It's the image you project and how good looking your peers are.

Sit and make a list of what makes a man aesthetic.

- physique
- jaw line
- haircut
- style/clothing
- height
- clean skin/looking healthy
- good teeth
- ensuring all of the above is congruent with what you project

This is the rational approach and certain things can be worked on, other things such as height cannot.

Be healthy and follow some best practices towards your appearance and you can easily add a point.

Purely beauty tricks though, as per your title, no, not really. It's a combination of everything.

Every narcissistic person knows that if you fix one aspect of your image, you notice another that needs to match up and it's a never ending cycle.

It's worth having your hair trimmed monthly and a stylish cut. Dying out the greys to game younger girls. Wearing a sunblock if you're active outside daily.

Maybe creating a look congruent to you're persona and game style that will polarize towards your target audience. Of course being lean and moderately muscular.

A tan does make white guys more attractive looking but the long term damage to your skin isn't worth it. You can take beta carotene supplements for a few shades darker (so many claim anyway).

Some Botox around forehead and eyes will decrease the wrinkles giving away your lack of youth and possibly delay their formation. But the $300-500 injections don't last long and the money can be better spent on things like a gym membership, travel, language lessons.

Confidence, posture, speech, masculinity will help you appear more attractive so I guess could be considered beauty tricks.

At most I think you can get a bump of a few points. However if you're morbidly obese getting in shape could take you from off the woman's radar to a 10 (theoretically). Most attractive woman don't want to be with a fat guy unless he's got bux.

Dressing in well fitted/tailored clothing can make a big difference in your appearance. Size small vs medium as mentioned. No point being fit if she can't see it.

It's important to keep in mind that ALL WOMEN exaggerate their beauty with makeup, heels, bras, eyelashes, the list is endless. Google any female celeb without makeup and see what a plain Jane she is. All dolled up in clothes with perfect lighting and she's instantly boosted to a 9-10.

My biggest beauty trick is sleep. I'm always short at least 3 hours. And my quality of sleep isn't great. Days I'm rested and not in sweats I'm like a different man. Not only am I on fire but my willingness to approach, banter, hook, baby sit goes way way up.

@aeroektar- doesn't matter much for the brand, the tint is important though so it's not visible. One little thing of it will last like 4-6 months. I'm pretty white and I use either medium light or medium.

I agree with everything in your post, but are you honestly calling Ronaldo an 8? I guess you mean just how he looks physically if he wasn't rich or famous. I personally classify a good looking, tall, in great shape, well dressed, high earning, and materially stacked (nice car, good residence) guy as a 10. Anything above that is a 10.5 if they have all those and are either semi-famous or have wealth in the dozens and dozens of millions (where flying a girl out to Paris for a weekend just to get her pussy is easily doable for example). Ronaldo is at the peak of what one can achieve in just about any way imaginable, so that is an 11 on my scale. Few men are past 11 and don't even need a score, they are among the greatest men walking the earth.

But to the OP, yes it is very much possible for a guy to raise his score 1-3 points, but usually it takes time.

Going from a horrible body to a top 5% figure will raise you up 2 points without changing anything else. Going from normal to a hot body I'm sure will translate to at least a point.

Grooming can make you be viewed radically differently. A facially handsome guy that doesn't groom can go from being treated reasonably well to being treated like a model by many girls just by grooming.

Clothes that fit your body, coloring, and style will definitely get you up there. This goes even further the more you work on your body. Usually a fat guy or skinny guy will be called "stylish" if they dress exceptionally well, but if a guy with a hot body dresses well he will get fuck me eyes from girls all day.

I guess you weren't asking about money at all because your title seems to be about physical looks, but a nice car or a great residence in a great location will also get your SMV up there.

Bottom line hit the gym religiously for at least a couple of years (and this should be a lifelong thing), buy new clothes, and groom in a way that suits your face/style. Those things can easily give you +2 depending on where you start.

Ok at the risk of my "dignity" LOL, a good compromise is to use tanning lotion. I've been using this daily for a couples years now. I originally started using it since I don't use tanning booths and I wanted a good complexion during the winter months. But now I just put a little on everyday to keep my skin moist and to give it color. Also it provides UV protection so not only does it give you a tan color but protects your skin for when you are out in the sun.

The fake bronze stuff can make you look orange. Especially the cheap stuff. I briefly joined a very wealthy friend's jetset entourage and got a multithousand dollar makeover. Included was a package at the professional fake tan salon. Like the cryomachine you stand there and get sprayed down. It stinks and get on whatever you wear home. You wash an hour later and it lasts a week maybe. It looked good enough I guess. Everyone said I was better looking and appeared healthier. I didn't think it was THAT worth it to maintain the regimen. Especially traveling. And in a lot of Asia and southAmerica being ghastly White is considered more beautiful/handsome than being dark. You see skin whitener in almost every creme on market shelves!

Sean Connery said when he was preparing for roles the first thing he would do is figure out how the character should move. It's the basic building block of a persona (aside from already being cast bc you look the part).

You guys make great points about the proper way to walk.

Weakness, fear, pain and insecurity is expressed in the way we walk.

Because I grew up without a father and I was the victim of severe child abuse, my walk has always been too soft.. I've always tried to walk softly and quietly! This was basically a self defense mechanism that I carried since childhood.. It also effected my voice in a negative way.

My walk and my voice have become much more strong and masculine.

When I was younger, everyone shared the sidewalk, no problem, unconsciously.

In recent years, I have noticed it is more of a competition, and the fact that I give people ground long before they reach me is taken as a sign of weakness, and they tend to walk straight at me, even if it isn't where they're going.

I finally figured it out though. I was watching a Nat Geo doc on chimps, and opened up my gait, spreading arms out from my sides, swinging them, as well as swinging my shoulders more. Believe it or not, copy chimps seemed to work.

Now usually people give me room long before I get there, and if I look at them, they are looking away.

I also found that slowing down and walking slowly is much better than walking fast, and that a slight movement in my shoulders was enough to change perceptions, no need to change how my hips moved.

The funny thing was, because I had been walking the softer way for so long, it felt totally unnatural to walk more confidently. I also felt that everyone would know that I was putting on a fake alpha walk.

But nope, no one noticed. One time I checked out my walk in the reflection in a shop window because it felt so fake, and was surprised to see that it looked completely normal, like a dude walking. It was that I was so used to the old way that made walking more assertively feel unnatural.

Nowadays sometimes I slip back into my old way of walking without noticing it, though I figure it out pretty quick because people all start walking straight at me and expecting me to move out of their way, and I have to make adjustments.

It reminds me of a study that was done where they asked criminals separately to look at the videos of people and they all chose the same people as potential victims. Whether it is conscious or not, how you walk is very important when it comes to how people assess you.

This is a fascinating article, well worth studying because a lot of the markers of being a victim are the opposite of what you want to do to be confident.
