Just brainstorming here but is there some way to use social proof to calm the brother down? He's probably creeping your social media so maybe you can "communicate" via presenting a dominating or diffusing image of yourself by posting stuff with that in mind.

I guess that'd just be more of an experiment in dealing with weirdly difficult people.

Also, as a guy with sisters, his behavior does seem a little odd to me.

How about this option: Tell the girl you guys should meet on a double date. If he shows up without a date, whenever he tries to AMOG, gently remind him that it's a bit loserish to show up without a date on a double date. If he shows up with his gf/date he'll tone it down (if he doesn't, remind him he's acting weird for a double date).
