Earlier this month, Governor Cuomo signed a measure that advanced the date forward from mid-July to the end of this month because state lawmakers wanted the service in place before the July 4th holiday.

This was put in motion a few months ago but now actual rides will be showing up around areas upstate such as Saratoga, Buffalo, Rochester, and many other places. This will certainly be a nice remedy to the mediocre or overpriced taxi services that exist in so many cities across the state and will make pulling at night a little bit easier.
