You're just weaseling out of committing. If you really were to get banned for posting your commitments and your action reports, which you know damn well wouldn't get you banned, all it would indicate is you should do it again in another forum.

And the reason you're weaseling out of committing is because you know it would change you. And you hate that because you're comfortable as you are. This is an affront to your pleasurable inertia, so you reject it. A few grumbles here and there to relieve the discomfort of that annoying voice in your head saying "dude we have to fix this!", and your more or less satisfied, comfortably waiting for that lonely death bed. This is where I am right now: In my current situation the logistics are very bad and so I've basically resigned myself to the fact that for the time being I should force myself to forget about all that stuff as best as I can and just focus on my job and classes. Need to buckle down and suffer through it.

When I finish up my program by next summer, hopefully I'll have a job with better pay and more free time. Then I can revisit the issue.

For what it's worth, I actually looked into cooking classes but they are far too expensive. Dancing does not appeal to me at all. Not that it would matter too much right now as most of my non-working time is taken up by commuting.

I do think I will do something with meetups.com but it will only be career-related. Anything that isn't related to making money is taking a back seat. Basically I'm tying to channel any physical/sexual frustrations into more productive activities.

Taking cooking classes/dance to meet women? Good idea. Otherwise, save your money. You can learn almost anything on youtube vlogs. There's no excuse either(not enough time).

Why suffer? Seems more like a way to stay in your comfort zone.

I know you aren't a fan of online game, but take 5 min a day while you shit to swipe through Tinder/Bumble/et al. Pick an app, make a profile, and start building a pipeline.

Drop out of school and move far away to a new city or country. You strike me as someone who has never really taken any risks in life.

Why do you live where you do now? Because your parents decided to live there?

If you are truly a single guy with no obligations or commitments weighing you down, why live in a crappy place? From all of your posts, you just seem stuck in life.

You're actually extremely lucky. At this age, I would take a fair bit more inexperience, than all of the scars from grabbing hot irons.
At 42, with no ex wives or kids, divorce bullshit, or serious baggage from serious mistakes, you are in a far better position in life than you even realize. You can literally decide whatever it is you want to do in life. What are your obligations, if any? You should feel pretty lucky nothing is holding you back, all except for your attitude.

If there is one thing I learned in my 20's it was that you need to stop living for tomorrow so much.

So once you finish this schooling, then what? You will job hunt? Then you will get a job and hopefully be bring home some more money. Then what? Logistics will still be bad so you will need to start looking for a new place, which takes time and also costs money so you will need to save up for that. Once you get the new place you will need to "settle in." Once you've settled in you will see that after all this time between finishing school, jobhunting, and moving your clothes are getting pretty warn out and you will need to update your wardrobe. After all this stress and work you've been putting int o upgrade your financial, living, and style situation you will notice you haven't been taking great care of yourself and have gained a bit of weight. Will need to get back into the gym and get back in shape.

There is always going to be something that is not perfect. That's fine, it's not supposed to be.

You need to learn to live your fucking live every day and enjoy it. Every morning that you open your eyes and you are still breathing is an opportunity begging to be taken.

Sorry, but "I need to finish school" before girls is the most ridiculous shit I've ever heard. I'd skip on homework for a 6 if it was gauranteed.

You could easily spend a grand total of 15 minutes a day on Match.com or eHarmony. It might not get you laid, but you'd certainly be getting dates.

Rex, I was in your position minus 12 years a month or so ago. Over the years I went on a few forums and posted these what am I doing wrong threads. Being very analytical I even knew at the time that they were not driven from a healthy place and I was looking outward for help instead of in to recognise what my blocks are and actually do something.

This year I did Asia and sleepwalked into two notches. Both times they requested it, the second time demanded by a virgin. Both attractive. One used to be smoking hot before putting on the weight.

It's been a good experience, although insane in parts. Now I'm seeing girls and getting the urge to approach. I just need a bit of a push from some real male company that I've never had. I'm looking at the travel board and thinking I should jump on a trip instead of only thinking I would be a burden.

You need to be proactive. I spent quite a lot of time finding girls online and keeping talking to them. And not stop until you have reached your goal.

try signing up for meetup groups , couch surfing , internations and other social groups . It may help you with social interactions with girls.
