Celestial does the RooshV program
Hey everyone,

I'm gonna start this as a way to log my approaches / improvements as I work my way through the RooshV program and the 100 approaches. I've been on this forum awhile, traveled a bunch and read Bang / most of Day Bang, but I still have some serious social anxiety. Time to get rid of that.

Most bangs have been from online / night game, but for this program I will not log online game, purely day / night game, that way I get it in my head that approaching is nothing to be afraid of. The major problem in my game right now is approaching, can't seem to get over it most of the time. My primary goal with this program is to fix this.

A bit about me :
Native english speaker, living in Major US City

That's pretty much it for now, will start logging later.

Been busy with work, but starting out to get over my anxiety.

1. Coffee shop, 6/10 Asian, talk for 10 minutes, she mentions she lives 45 minutes away and at the end I don't go for number because of this.
Learning : Always be closing, who cares if she lives far away.
2. Coffee shop, 6.5/10 White, talk for 2 minutes and she blows me off.
3. Uber, 6/10 Asian, talk for 15 minutes, she is from China, we go on and on but then she mentions her husband, so I don't go for number.
Learning : Not going after married women.

The other parts of the program mention watching Seinfeld, plan to do that as well. I'm now steadily going to the gym 3-4 times a week and am already pretty big, so that's another piece of the program that's already done.

Not to be a dick, but why only 3 approaches? I've started a month ago and have done a lot of my approaches over the last 1-2 weeks, and I'm at about 80 approaches now. Last couple of days I've had like around 10 approaches every day in sessions that lasted for like 1-2 hours. Now it sounded like you have a bit of approach anxiety, but with how you describe yourself, I don't get why. I'm 171 cm, 129 kilos, I'm bald, 32 years old, my fat is still clearly showing even though I work out, I look ok, but pretty average. I've never banged a woman without having to pay for it. Why does it seem as if I have less anxiety than you?

If it's anything like me, it's because he gives too much of a fuck. A lot of my anxieties stem from wondering what people will think of me if I do/say something stupid or embarrassing. Then these fears get amplified when a girl is involved.

You're 32 years old, so I'm guessing you learned the subtle of art of no longer giving a fuck about most things.

To some extent, that's probably true, but I get anxiety too, I just keep going. A couple of days ago I approached a Moroccan girl and I totally chickened out at the end because I was afraid some Muslim guy watching me would beat me up.

I describe it here, the second one.

This girl honestly had a face like this and a body like this.

I don't regret approaching her, I only regret walking away, when there maybe was still a chance of getting her number. If I see her again, I will do everything I can to talk to her again. If I see a girl that looks like her, I will approach. Anxiety or not.

Today I talked to a girl that looked like I could've drawn her into a longer conversation, but a guy close by was eyeing me and I chickened out and left. I feel ashamed for giving up that easily. So tomorrow I will do 21 approached to get my 100 full, to make up for it.

I mean, I just can't afford to not try hard.
