I suggest reading my previous post, but I will submit my argument below.

Rompers are second only to the little black dress for sexual escalation and ease of access.

Take the picture you posted. One tug at the neck string, and perhaps a tug at the waist string (she has a .7 waist hip ratio), and the romper now lies delicately heaped around her high heels.

I cannot stress this enough: When women wear something that requires almost 100% nudity in order to pee, they will have gone through the initial uncomfortable nudity stage at least 5 or 6 times that day. Women on their periods, unshaven or just 'feeling fat' will not wear something like this as they must wear thong underwear and in most cases cannot wear a bra, and so any image of unshaven beaver or feeling of bloat would rather be hidden from their own eyes.
