RE: Kiev VS Moscow
I haven't been to Kiev, but I've been to almost every country in EE, Scandanavia and I've been to 4 or 5 places in Russia including Moscow and Saint Petersburg.
Never in my life have I felt more like a rockstar than I did in Moscow.
Tinder there was absolutely off the charts in terms of quantity and quality. I was getting 8's hounding me wanting to meet up. (bear in mind this was in 2015 though). There's definitely a difference and a step up to the 9's and 10's though - you have to have decent game if you want to get any time out of them.
The good thing about Moscow is not only do you get Russians who live there, but you get Russians who are living internationally who come back to visit, and young girls who come from different countries internationally to study in Russia. Google 'Moscow State University' - it looks like something out of X Men when you see it in real life.
Like others have said - Moscow has a good vibe. They have live music acts from around the world playing there frequently, and there's plenty to do and see.
I would say though to be careful with Russian nightlife in the big cities. You should be fine, but it pays to keep your wits about you and not get too drunk or say anything which could be interpreted as aggressive to the local men or security there. I saw a few fights while I was there with guys that were clearly drunk. The taxi drivers can be absolutely nuts as well - we were going 120km an hour (about 74 miles an hour) through some of the streets at about 2 or 3 in the morning.
If you are going to go to Russia, don't just go to Moscow. Go to a few of the second tier cities/towns and head to Saint Petersburg too. It can literally be like shooting fish in a barrel in those second tiers.
Last thing - I don't think I'd go back to Russia without learning at the very least basic Russian. It's a gigantic advantage for day game, but you can get by without it at night by using your phone, or on Tinder.

I guess I'll skip Kiev altogether. My Tinder results there are still pretty garbage. Then again, I wonder if they swipe left on me because they can clearly see I'm not in town, or if it's because I have dark hair, I appear Turkish to them? How did Roosh do on Tinder in Ukraine?
Anyway, I'll either try Moscow or tier 2-3 Ukraine or Poland first. Thanks fellas.
Unfortuantely I might ruin the places by advertising it (but in my data sheet I already saw a lot of brown guys there) but Zaporozhye and Dnipro are much easier on Tinder. Both those cities are serviced by Uber but there's not much on Airbnb for them so you'll have to stay in $40 - $60 hotels?
I also believe Kharkov is on Uber too and probably has Airbnbs but Kharkov women I imagine have been ruined more by foreign men than girls in Zaporozhye and Dnipro.

BM, it seems that almost every one of your posts contains the word "Zaporozhye" you are single-handedly putting the place on the map! If you are a pussy traveler, and have found a great spot, shouldn't you be there now?
I didn't there to rail chicks but for Cossack History (the video game With Fire and Sword got me into Cossacks). Had no idea it was a real gem in terms of Tinder nor that it was serviced with Uber. Thing most foreign men in Ukraine just go to Lviv / Kiev and nowhere else. Even if I highly publicize it most men probably still won't go because the local infastructure there is like Africa (should read the reviews for Zaporozhye's airport is pretty lulzy).
And BTW it's cold right now in Ukraine. I am happier in Taiwan where the weather is 18 - 25 Celsius in winter. Maybe I could go to Ukraine in May but to fly from Asia would cost me up to $1,000 (which would pay for 1.5 - 2 months of rent in Asia).
I am also stuck with a fundamental problem too: if I meet a woman I really like then I can only spend 90 days with her (tourism visa limitation) or I would have to do some kind of weird shotgun marriage to stay in the country. That's compared to other countries in the world where I can stay longer than 90 days without needing to resort to a marriage.

RE: Kiev VS Moscow
>>Plenty of lawyers can fix a 1 year visa, I was quoted 1200EUR, sure you can find cheaper,
Won't be much cheaper. What they are doing with the 1200 option is probably setting you up as a business with you as employee who then pays taxes on a salary you pay yourself. I was quoted a little more than 1200euro all in, meaning including taxes I would pay the Ukrainian government on my "salary".
A cheaper option is educational visa to study Russian. Or study anything if you are fluent in Russian and can read Ukrainian. (They are trying to convert everything to Ukrainian but in practice reading is enough. Exam questions will probably be written in Ukrainian because of the law, so you have to read that language, but you can write your answers in Russian then pay the professor a bribe to fix things.) Meet university girls that way.
[Edit] Speaking of Russian versus Ukrainian, people here may notice I write Zaporizhia, which is the official English name and what Google maps, etc uses. That's a transliteration from Ukrainian. Ukrainian has some letters which are missing in Russian, so the Russians write Запорожье, which transliterates Zaporozhe. Personally, I have no interest in Ukrainian language, it's just more work added to the monumental task of learning Russian, but might as use the official English name which the maps show. Beijing versus Peking, Mumbai versus Bombay, Kyiv versus Kiev, etc. Its bad enough that they recently changed a bunch of street names in Ukraine. Don't need to add to the confusion.

I speak Russian so I use Russian names, not Ukrainian
Kiev always for me, the Ukrainian speakers get butthurt of course, but nobody else gives a shit when Roma is called Rome for example

But Google maps English version shows Rome, not Roma, whereas it shows Kyiv, not Kiev, Beijing not Peking, so your Rome example not apples to apples.
Anyway, I don't care what other people do, either in this forum or elsewhere, but because I've responded several times in threads using Zaporizhia where the OP used Zaporozhye or Zaporozhe, I just thought I'd explain why. Namely, I'm trying to train myself to use the current official version of place names, in anticipation of the future when people and computer programs forget the old names. I'm certainly not pushing some Ukrainian nationalist agenda.
In the case of Kyiv/Kiev no one will ever forget the old city spelling in English. But there are already quite a few street names in Kyiv where of you use the transliterated English version of the Russian name (still on the ceramic signs in the corners of old buildings) it won't be found on Google maps, even though the Ukrainian name is very similar. I know that from experience though I can't think of an example right now.
BTW Запорожье transliterates to Zaporozh'e according to the official American Library of Congress transliteration rules. Zaporozhye and Zaporzhe are both unofficial alternatives.

RE: Kiev VS Moscow
Kiev is a great place to live, and would be a great place to come if you are entrepreneurial. The girls are beautiful, but they are pretty hard work. They can be rewarding, but most of them are quite wary about the foreign sex tourist thing. They are also excellent at extracting cash and giving nothing in return. It's not a good place to come for a short space of time. I think, assuming you have some cash, Moscow is an easier place to have fun for a few weeks. I loved Moscow. Kiev is one of those cities you really need to live in and know to love, in my view. If you just hang around Arena, and the stretch either side down Kreschatik to Maidan, and to the other side across to Gulliver and Mechnikova, you might get bored very quickly. It's a beautiful city to have friends in though. For every day life, it is great - good restaurants you and all your friends can afford to eat in regularly, good coffee shops with pretty waitresses in matching uniforms, affordable taxi travel, beautiful girls everywhere, extremely cheap saunas, massages, gyms, etc. For just day to day living it is great, because all the things that let you take care of your mental and physical health are really abundant. There's a huge amount of business potential in Kiev too, if that's your thing, so there is quite a lot to hold the interest in idle moments over good, if never quite hot enough, coffee.

Because Moscow is so big you can approach it in different ways. If you want to live bang in the middle of the city even an average small apartment will cost you 100k RUB long-term rental. If you do not mind a 20-30min metro commute you can probably cut that in half. Another thing is if you are into fine dining and nightlife the differences between Kiev and Moscow are huge. In Kiev 50USD per person will get you a long way in the fanciest restaurants, in Moscow there are places where that will get you a starter and a bottle of sparkling water! Same with nightlife, I totally understand if people are not into bottle service (esp. in Kiev) but if you wanna do it 200-400USD will normally get you a table even at the "fancier" places like Chi. In Moscow there are many places where the cost is double or more. Same goes for drinks in "classy" bars.
So if you find a small apartment outside of the city centre in, stay away from fancy bars, clubs and restaurants Moscow does not have to be that expensive. Supermarkets and local restaurants are surprisingly cheap.
