Websites & search engines, using peer to peer torrents are finally here.

Combined with streamable torrents, & the rise in personal bandwidth & speeds,anyone can also create the next youtube ...

The main point, no more dns addresses, the web will be as it shouldve been from the start, no more fixed government owned registeries, decentralised & untraceable.

Cant wait for a peer to peer torrent, unblockable, uncensored twitter & facebook, co trolled by the people using peer to peer torrents.

No more cia jew controlled search engines & dns registeries, infucking fantastic ...

Peer to peer altnets have been around for a while, TorrentPeek however looks like a okay starter solution to the distributed search.

But the big problem facing distributed search is relevance - how do you determine a website is what the user is looking for and not just spam? This is a monumentally huge task and is the reason Google rules supreme whereas existing peer to peer search engines like YaCy have not garnered much interest.

Some of the things you mentioned already exist:

- Namecoin as a DNS alternative

- Uncensored Twitter and Facebook - see Steem, and in the future AKASHA and Yours

- Peer to peer torrent websites - basically all of ZeroNet

How can a network be uncensorable, while it still relies on peers physically relying on existing internet infrastructure including standardized communication protocols (tcp/ip)?

I2P and Freenet are the most robust examples as they provide anonymity but realistically even with your IP in the clear reaching out to other nodes via DHT eg torrents, Zeronet etc has proven extremely difficult to censor.
