Especially in relation to this, in the Afghan culture women will not speak to men, and in order to communicate with outside forces in a place where spec ops would be, the women, at minimum a translator, is needed to interact with them.
No. This is just bullshit to justify their femininity.
What worked better than a woman talking to the women was a US Marine aiming an M4 at their heads. Or aim it at the husband/fathers head. Let him tell the woman.
Also notice the use of the word " mentored." You "mentor" raw food chefs about farm to table produce and other lgbt issues.

When I went through Boot Camp we were lectured on the rules of combat and what the Geneva Convention requires of us as members of the US military.
Later on, noncoms would explain to us that it would help to fire a round into the leg of a captured prisoner and then proceed to ask him questions. They were more likely to be cooperative.
We also talked amongst ourselves that we would not leave prisoners alive behind us that we were unable to be secure or hand off to other friendly forces.
Just like life: What it says in the book. How things are in reality.
These female forces will be captured. Raped. Mutilated. THey will then be sent back as a psyop to fuck with us because their bodies and minds will be broken and disfigured.
Can't we just end these ridiculous social experiments already?

They can also be an intelligence liability, since they fucking love to talk. Women were very useful to us out in Afghanistan within Military Intelligence, and were able to gather quite a lot of actionable information. They make pretty horrible combat troops, of course, but some specialist units where these women can be put into primarily intelligence gathering roles, and have some semblance of a chance of avoiding being raped and killed in the process, is not necessarily as stupid as it may seem.
One has to trust that although the dictats from on high may be primarily motivated by political correctness, those tasked with deploying an effective fighting force will be savvy enough to use the resources at their disposal effectively. There are many roles that women can usefully fill outside of direct combat. It is worth remembering that SF is, outside of the movies, primarily an intelligence gathering operation. Of course, the men will still do the rough stuff, but an intelligent general could find a use for these girls outside of 'camp comfort'.
This. You can tell the girls whatever you want for esprit de corps, but this is a FAR better idea than trying to integrate them with front line combat troops. It's actually a clever way to keep them AWAY from the stuff women suck at, and it actually does help to have women for certain stuff. This is actually much better than what the US military is doing lowering standards for elite units.
Maybe I am wrong but as far as I know Special Forces is NOT primarily an intelligence gathering unit and has never been that I'm aware of.
I guess Norwary's is possibly different (it seems you are referencing American movies though) but the US Army's SF mission is this;
Quote:The United States Army Special Forces have five primary missions: unconventional warfare (the original and most important mission of Special Forces), foreign internal defense, special reconnaissance, direct action, and counter-terrorism. Other duties include combat search and rescue (CSAR), counter-narcotics, counter-proliferation, hostage rescue, humanitarian assistance, humanitarian demining, information operations, peacekeeping, psychological operations, security assistance, and manhunts.Special Forces have the ability to be virtually everywhere at once; this guarantees that they are the first on the ground or already at a crisis location when trouble starts.
Also, call me crazy, I doubt there is a woman around that knows more than any of the men.
We were meant for far more than to suffer in our self created prisons only to die alone. It doesn't have to be that way. It never did.

Watch the video in the link, its very telling. Some observations:
1. They move significantly slower than male soldiers, with far less intensity, they look like this is for "fun".
2. Watch the girl throw a smoke grenade halfway through. She can't even clear the camera frame before it starts dropping. The throwing technique is extremely weak.
3. The male saying "we need female soldiers" can't believe his own bullshit. He stutters around saying pre fabricated talking points.
This "special forces" unit would be over run by the lowest of grunts in any male army. I'm sorry girls, but you can contribute to the military by being trauma nurses like in wars of past. That's where you're needed, not on the frontlines.

RE: Norway creating all-female special forces unit called Jegertroppen
Let's put aside pure physical differences for a second.
My perpetual experience with women being trained for any sort of emergency situation is that they can absolutely pass standardised tests, they can absolutely get things right on a dry run, but when it's real blood and real guts they simply shut down, guaranteed.
The only time sensitive emergency situation I've seen a bare fraction of women operate capably in is a medical emergency occurring in a sheltered medical environment such as a hospital. Out in the world no matter how much training they've done, their every instinct screams at them to step aside and wait for qualified men to arrive.

Quote: Plus, Afghanistan is a Patriarchal society. Women aren't involved in the political aspect, unless one wants to indoctrinate them with feminist value, etc
Now I have limited understanding as to how much they actually participate, and granted this is mostly for the Kabul central govt not the taliban areas but.
Where you would be right, small councils are almost exclusively all male in regards, those are also generally limited to single villages or small regional areas.
Quote:The Meshrano Jirga consists of a mixture of appointed and elected members (total 102 members). Sixty-eight members were selected by 34 directly elected Provincial Councils, and 34 were appointed by the President. President Karzai’s appointments were vetted by an independent UN sponsored election board and included 17 women (50%), as required by the Constitution.
Really makes me wonder how much you actually know before posting, or just regurgitating what you see on Facebook.

There is only one all-female military unit that would serve a great purpose:
The R & R Pleasure Unit. Pay them 10-20k/month and let them serve the pussy-starved men. I am sure that you can hire some nympho-girls with super-high libido who would even enjoy serving young men. You could even have different Pleasure Squads - for the Navy, for the Rangers, for the Navy Seals etc.
That would actually increase morale and improve the combat force of a country.

"Mentoring" is a fashionable military journal term that senior officers use for teaching soldiers from 3rd world armies how to be weak and lose wars. Whoops, I mean how to fight effectively and ethically like our benevolent, human rights focused 1st world militaries.
For example you, as a NCO of the American, Brit, Aussie, or Canadian army would "mentor" Iraqi or Afghan soldier Aziz on how to shoot with his brand new M4 or M16 rifle paid for either by the local government or by the US taxpayer (that money then going straight into the bank account of Colt or some US .gov agency's slush fund.) You're also supposed to "mentor" Aziz that killing people is bad and he shouldn't shoot anyone unless he absolutely has to and then have a good cry about it afterwards.
Western officers "mentor" Iraqi/Afghan officers how to use sound military tactics-- to somehow win while ensuring no one gets hurt too much.
I'm not even kidding. I know this because I've done it.

During training, a female solider manages to throw a mock grenade BACKWARDS. Everyone has a good laugh after. So funny.
