I think my persistence to avoid this chicks parents was the reason my plans fell through. I just met this girl this week and tonight she wanted me to cone by. I ask if her parents will be asleep and apparently they were still up till midnight. So I get a beer and say fuck it. I tell her I'm coming over and then call her but no answer. She's 18 or 19

I don't know if your desire to avoid her parents killed your plans or not, but what I do know is that meeting someone's parents is a HUGE deal. Aside from a random encounter, the only girls that meet my parents are girls I'm at least semi-serious about.

My two 1+ year relationships, I didn't meet the first one's mom until we were dating for 4 months. I didn't meet the second one's parents until about two and a half months in.

Both sets of parents only pretended to like me, oh well.


Meeting a girls' parents, or having her meet my parents, is something I try to set back as long as I possibly can because it's such a big deal.

In your specific case, I'd say girl wasn't offended (girls are as or more wary about introducing people to their parents than we are), she probably just passed out or whatever. You're still good.

Ohhh ok.

I agree, meeting parents is a huge deal. I can count on one hand how many girls that have met my mom and vice versa.

Atleast it wasnt a total waste of time. Since i was in the area I hung out with my Pharmacist and got a dime sack of kali mist.

Man I wish I still had a good weed connect; I don't smoke much anymore but its always nice to have around. Sometimes I wanna relax, and sometimes (okay, all the time...) it makes fucking a broad a ton easier when she's over.

One of my theories on relationships is that the more people you get invested into it even a little (friends, family, siblings), the harder it is to break it off, and the harder it will be for both people when it does break off. That's why unless I have a high-quality lizard I try to keep her away from my family and only intro her to one or two of my friends.

This chick, at 18-19, probably isn't too experienced with older guys (ns of your age...22-27?) and probably really likes you, so she's probably just confused, since if you ran tight game you inverted the order; she's used to being chased, she's now the one chasing.

No it's a good move if you're not looking for anything serious. No point to meet her parents if you just want to bang. It'll just make things even harder if you want to break up.

Careful having girls meet your mom.

My mom is still friends with 3 girls I banged....it's very awkward showing up at my moms house to get some moms cooking in my stomach randomly, and seeing my ex having coffee with mom on the dinner table when I get there. {awkward}

I don't like to meet her parents until she's my gf and I'm confident about us being exclusive. There's no point in meeting them if it's just some girl I'm banging.

Having her meet your parents however may help you to keep banging her. Sure it may seem like you're leading her on if you don't wanna date her. But whatever.

Don't make it out like you want her to meet your parents though. Just casually invite her over for lunch. Dinner is a little too personal.

Just explain to your mom that you're not too sure about this girl yet so she doesn't get too attached.

That would be fuckin' awkward!

My parents are on my side for life! I could have knocked up some chick and left her at the alter without any excuse and my parents would still stand behind my decision and cut off all contact with her after I did.

The problem is my mother knows about my player lifestyle. She knows I am a NOTORIOUS lothario, and feels sympathy for the girls in my wake.
