Even if you granted the premise that it's logical to use violence because society is shitting on you, this isn't the way to do it. He killed at least one totally random person who did absolutely nothing to harm him. There's no possible way to justify that.

It sounds like he jumped on the 1-90 freeway right after the shooting and headed east into PA, then NY State after that. He would have been to NY State in less than 3 hours after the shooting, he could have even went into Canada via Niagara if he could get through the border that quick. I bet he is in NW PA near Erie, or, in NY State near Buffalo and ditched his car by this point. In less than 8 hours after the shooting he could have made it to NYC, Philly or Toronto.
