RE: Berkeley and anti-Trump protest happenings (April 15, 2017)
Nathan Damigo may get kicked out of his school:
Quote:The campus received communications last night regarding a serious incident possibly involving one of our students and very troubling actions that may have taken place at a demonstration in Berkeley on Saturday, April 15th.
The university takes these allegations seriously, and as President, I have initiated an immediate investigation both on campus and at Berkeley to verify and confirm details of this incident to determine next steps to resolve this situation. The university has zero tolerance for the use of violence and we will take all of the necessary legal and disciplinary measures to ensure that all students and everyone on campus have a safe and secure environment. While this incident understandably raises many negative emotions and calls for urgent actions, we must also hold true to our American system and principles of justice and due process.
Please rest assured that we are in constant contact with relevant officials and will take appropriate and timely actions to address this issue. As I have said in an earlier message, as a campus, we should redouble our pledge to work with all of our students, both in and out of the classroom, to learn to have respectful, constructive and peaceful dialogue and interactions with others so that together we can build a community and society of greater understanding and harmony for everyone.

Have we ever seen a more perfect encapsulation of how SJWs are, inside and out?
God bless this woman, god bless her.
This is truly beautiful, especially after what Roosh posted about the bottle-throwing.
Only three things are missing in her case:
1. Obesity
2. History of false rape accusations (and let's wait and see on that one!)
3. Blue/purple hair
Everything else, from not shaving her underarm hair to the victimhood mentality of wanting $80,000 for something a billion men a day endure, is covered.

It's already lost when the president feels the need to publicly deal with it. What does a student's extra curriculur activities have to do with the president? Does every student engaged in self defence get called into a hearing?

As a public university, can the president punish him for activities off campus?
Forum lawyers can step in if I'm wrong, but if the college is owned by the government, they can't do shit about what he does on his own time because the first amendment applies to government.
It's like the Phelps family that does the "God hates fags" thing. Half the family works for the state of Kansas, and they can't fire or disciple them because of the First Amendment.

Not familiar with California law specifically, but there's a contractual relationship at play between students and CSU. Probably some fine print about bringing the university into disrepute will be the trigger if Damigo is expelled.
Some of the falsely accused students at state universities have been suing based on breach of contract. I don't think government really enters into it here.
I know Damigo has a presence on campus as a WN and CSU are all too aware of it. What I think will happen is that this will be perceived by the President as the straw that breaks the camel's back and they'll exploit some provision to boot him.

Kiwifarms is a sperg hate site.
Should we care? Or am I missing the point?
I don't know the detailed differences between all these sites, but as long as the information is correct, I don't think it matters.
This info could come from PUAHate or the ghost of Elliot Rodger and I wouldn't be fussed.

Fucking insane, but bet we saw the same in 1920s Weimark.
Mind virus indeed huh.

I read the entire article and she said that she wants to "return to her normal life".
Based on all the information that has come out about here over the past 48 hours c/o /pol/ and other places, I have nothing but four words for her.
Good luck with that.

RE: Berkeley and anti-Trump protest happenings (April 15, 2017)
So you have a petty thief, radical Antifa member who came out with the intent of doing harm to men who she disagrees with.
She spent her time throwing heavy glass bottles at them, was initially rebuffed by that guy. Later she was punched again as she was about to throw another bottle.
She was barely hurt, don't know what the tens of thousand of dollars go to, since she is fine, but money grabbing is always welcome.
And of course she is paraded as a poor innocent victim, while the guy who prevented serious harm is now the wife-beater.
Fuck you fakenews-media!

Besides. Continued escalation presumes irrepressible will, which these safe-space snowflakes do not possess in the slightest. Note how Mouldylocks had the fight knocked out of her with a single punch. No serious injuries. Not even punch drunk. She just stands there and cries before going on to play the victim and telling everyone she just "wants to go back to a normal life".
Antifa is perhaps 90 percent Mouldylocks and 10 percent dedicated thug at best. A more conservative estimate would say that only 1 in 100 would take a serious beating and get back up on the horse. Visit a campus anywhere in the world and it's not hard to see why. Modern day Marxists are all brain and no brawn. Historically they only gained muscle by co-opting large numbers of agricultural and industrial workers who were inured to hard times and rough treatment. These days all they have is a federally funded echo chamber full of limp-wristed academics backed by limp-wristed academics, a serious number of which are bloody women.
I maintain that 9 out of 10 people that took a serious hit at that rally will not be back. The REMFs that sat back tossing M80s will return until they suffer a serious routing where the patriots are actually out for blood, upon which time there will be no more street rallies and most of the former participants will donate their antifa gear to charity in the dead of night and quietly begin trimming their social media profiles.

Agreed. America's quality of uprisings has been falling off ever since the 60s. Remember the Occupy protests? No, neither do I. Because the iPhone-wielding 99% all drifted away within 90 days.
