I'm not looking for an excuse not to approach, but what has been the reaction you have gotten when you approached a girl who you've recognized (and she recognizes you as well) for a long time, like 8 months? Did she view you as a beta because it took you a long time to approach?

I think what matters is if she knows that you've been all about her for all those months and you've just been to scared to talk to her. If you're friends with a girl and say something after that long I'm sure it wouldn't matter that much.

Hmm guess that might be a problem then cuz every time i see her in the gym I basically just think about my head in between her thighs

The longer it takes for you to make the connection, the less likely it's going to pop off. I think you've waited entirely too long especially if you see her periodically, this shit only works if it's been eight months since you've last seen her.

Krauser/Nitro has a "slow approach" track he places women into when she's interesting but for either his or her reasons it won't work now. They seem to usually takes months before they get out of his slow approach track. But the difference here is they started with attraction and chemistry and months later she's still attractive enough to inspire him still.

The results are ...pretty much always friggin lame. If you were really attracted to her in the past, you would have opened her. You didn't. Face it: This girl does not pass your boner test. Sure, she's attracted to you. Depending on her mood on any given day, you could open her. But ultimately you're going to face sleeping snake problems down the road because ultimately this girl doesn't interest you sexually.

Unless she steps things up by wearing new clothes, wearing better makeup or improving her appearance in some other way, it's just not going to work. You're not physically attracted to her. Even though she's interested in you, your body isn't interested in her, and you can't force male performance.

If you really want the girl, there is a way to do it but it may be a bit difficult. Since 8 months is a really long time and you mentioned that you might be viewed as a beta, the way you should go about it is to (in my opinion), try to swing her view of you from beta to alpha. Do not approach her right away because after 8 months of not approaching her, her view of you is a beta. What I think you should do is to show your alpha traits. First things first, stop looking at her as she walks by and don't stare at her(girls notice this). Begin to talk to other people in the gym and be social with everybody to show that you can social with anyone so when you do go up and talk to her, she won't feel as though you need her attention but you are drawing her into your social state. Then after that just keep talking and gaming. Hope this helps and good luck.
