As it was explained to me, prenups only protect your assets that you have as a man before you enter into marriage. So if you have nothing when you get married, and then get rich - you're still coffin up probably half your assets if she's a real cunt about it.

If you've got nothing in the bank when you get hitched, prenup is a waste of money. If you're ballin and wanna protect what you have, get an iron clad prenup. The only downside is an iron clad prenup in a state like cali is it will cost ya at least 10-15K. But hey thats a small price to pay to protect what you've invested your blood, sweat, and tears into earning for yourself instead of losing it to some americunt.

The obvious thing to do would be to always make sure, throughout the marriage, from day one, that the only money you have in your bank account is what you've just been paid that month or that week. In other words, always withdraw what you didn't spend (what was left over, aka your savings) before the next payday. And keep it as cash, or buy something (and keep it hidden) that you can later sell if nec. It's better than keeping it all in your account (aka up for grabs). At least that way, whatever else happens, you know that you'll have something saved.

As for protecting future earnings, is it possible to create a contrived debt to a friend or relative, which would count as an expense?
