A little over a year ago I hooked up once with an attractive chick from another nearby college. When I got to know her a little more, I realized she was mentally ill so I didn't really want to do anything more with her and cut contact.

A few months after that, I was texting back and forth with a nosy chick acquaintance from my college who was asking if I was seeing anyone, and I sent her a sexy picture of that girl I hooked up with. I lied and said she was my ex-girlfriend. Didn't think she'd ever find out since they're from different colleges. That was really fucking stupid, because... fast forwarding to now, through Facebook's ticker, it turns out these two girls are now somehow friends and tagging each other in memes! What are the odds

I graduated this past year and am coming back for homecoming, and I have a feeling that I'm going to go to a party and unfortunately see the chick acquaintance. And maybe the other hookup girl too.

So my question is, how can I save my reputation if she asks any questions about this? I would likely be in an environment around other people if I end up seeing her so I don't want to say something making me look like a liar. I'm looking for plausible deniability here.

See if you can end up banging both girls at the same time. Invite them both back to your place to listen to your vinyl collection. Get them drunk and push for a threesome. Rawdog.

Your mistake was giving the information. It sounds like you're giving up a lot of power to them; you don't have to answer any questions that you don't want to.

Practice refusing to answer questions that could harm your position. Think "could this bite me in some way if I answer?". If so, answer with a simple "sorry, that's private", which you repeat until they shut up. Or with a joke non-answer like "yeah she was girl 43 in my harem but I had to let her go to make space; girl 43 sounded kind of tacky so I called her an ex-girlfriend" or whatever.

WTF is the problem?

You sent her a picture of the girl you banged and said she was your ex. If she questions you about it later you say you were drunk when you sent the text and that "ex-girlfriend" was obviously the wrong term to use, but you didn't want to make the girl sound like a slut.
