Major russian TV show investigates a false rape accusition case in 5 episodes.
False rape accusations have attracted attention of society in Russia.

The hottest thing in Russian blogosphere and media during winter/spring of 2017 is a false rape case where a 18 year old guy got sentenced to 8 years for allegedly raping a 16 year old girl, while another guy escaped sentence by joining army. In reality it seems she lied about her age and both were drunk. For everyone with red pill vision it is clear that the girl and her family are lying shamelessly. Russian TV and internet celebrities have split into white and black knights. The girl has gained huge notoriety and fame in internet on VKontakte and Instagram. She may become a permanent celebrity due to this false rape accusation while the guy wastes his youth in jail.

The TV show where the case is discussed is the Russian analogue to the Ukranian show Roosh was on. Russian show has much better anchor trough.

This could be interesting to those few here who understand Russian, but even if you don't know Russian it could be interesting to you to look on body language of the girl and compare the body language and physiology of her defenders vs those who defend the arrested guy and you can draw your own conclusions.

here are the shows, 5 episodes , 50 minutes each.

Part 3

Part 4

Part 5

A notable thing is that while Russian law is still rather western-like and punishes the man for a mutually irresponsible youth behavior, while lifting all responsibility from the female, most people are on the side of the guy. Both celebrities and simple people interviewed on street voice their opinions how the girl has no shame and is guilty. The population of Russia is indeed much more red pill and this special case seems to have ignited a new red pill flame into the culture, let's see if any discussion about legal reforms fallow later.

She is on the right track to become a bitter semi-pro, or a Dubai porta potty. Quite a bitchy voice and attitude, she knows more at 16 than most western women at 40...

Steve Buscemi appears also in the show against her, around the 8:30 mark of the second video.

So here's the back story from a summary of Google translate on Wikipedia...

She comes from a working-class family - her father a trucker who was 19 when she was born, mother a cashier, who gave birth to her at 15 herself. Noteworthy, when she was at the age of 15, her mother reported her boyfriend of 18, for statutory. They were supposedly in a relationship for four months at that point. The guy got 1 year's suspended sentence (probation). He claimed that this was libel, but did not appeal.

The accused guy was born to a lower-middle class family and was 21 at the time. The girl went to a house party, where she had a few "very small" drinks (which turned into a hashtag mocking her), the guys at the party were passing around drugs as well (one of them ended up in jail for possession). Everyone at the party was drunk, she claimed she resisted. She did have bruises, but the defense have argued that it was from her dad beating her, not from the party. The court decided that the guy knew she was underage and did not / could not consent, at first sentencing him to 8 years in high security prison, then upon appellation reducing time to 3 years in low-security.

She went to the police the next morning. Supposedly, her family demanded about $20k from the accused in order to retract the police report - which, while pretty wild, isn't totally uncommon.

Her family were offered a good chunk of change to go on the top talk show in the Russia, which is known for encouraging controversy to drive ratings...And this is how she became notorious.

Russian feminists are rallying around her as she can be turned into the mascot of their cause, but the overall culture seems to be against her, as in most cases of rape ("what were you wearing, why were you there, why were you drinking?"). Her background doesn't help her gain sympathy.
