There's been a serious uptick in throat cancer amongst men for this very reason. You can get vaccinated for HPV. Problem is it's mostly given to girls because the main risk is cervical cancer. Catching it is not as big a deal for men it seems. In the UK they have drives at schools to get teenage girls vaccinated for it and I think it's been on the decline there.

Maybe if you explain to your physician that you're engaging in a lot of high risk behaviour they'll give it to you.

The risk of head and neck (ie, throat cancer) is real. Dont risk it. And there isnt a pap smear for your tongue to save you with an early diagnosis. Aside from that, ideally you have a large cock and therefore no need to go down there with anything else!
