Just to clarify it was Andrew's wish that his work live on and I was humbled that he choose me to see that it did. I won't be taking over for him per se just will maintain the site and moderate comments. I might from time to time re-post a best of to keep the content fresh. I'm merely a student and follower of the 'sphere I certainly have nothing to add much less on the level that Andrew was.

Very sad to learn of his passing. I only recently began to read some of his writings but I immediately felt a connection to him as he was a middle aged guy who had "been down the road before me" and had found his knowledge to be very valuable. RIP

I just watched his 1 hour talk at the 21 conference. Wish I'd found him before he died. What a champion. Now I'll be going through his blog. In his talk, he made a few references to engineers, and social skills. Does anyone have a recommendation for some of his blog posts that particularly address social skills? Especially if someone is an engineer?
