Does women promotion continues?

I'm so sick of feminism and gynocentrism. Women dominate finance companies and healthcare. My dentist is woman and I think easily outearns most males here. My andrologist is a woman too.
Bosses of my company are male, but one of them died and temporary CEO of the company became a woman. Women are majority in my company. Also woman is the head of IT department in my company. I become angry when I see that all men kiss each female ass and believe that women are the best, the smartest and sure that women must lead. They're so happy to be dominated by women.
Women are easily promoted to the top and men are for grunt work. If a woman wants to work in IT it means that she'll not be a developer. She'll be in the management.

Also men make it worse when they push their daughters to universities, in the work force and tech. Geeky girls are ugly and non-fuckable.

This is one hell of a low energy post. If you have something deep to discuss (the whole purpose of the Deep Forum) then you need to do more than just post a link, I want to see your thoughts on it. And these must be much longer or deeper than is usually necessary because we have a very active Trump thread and 99% of posts are better placed there.

I know a girl from Петербyрг who studied computer science and then went to work for an IT company. She started as a project manager! Why?

Because she's pretty and she interacts with clients. What clients want to interact with socially awkward betas who love being bossed around by women?

Sex-appeal sells. Half the game is getting people to like you. What men do not like pretty girls in their early 20s?

Agree. There are some account reps/sales reps for software companies I do business with and ALL of the reps are hot chicks. The companies are not owned by women, they are owned by dudes who know that beta computer nerds will buy anything from a hot bitch giving them attention.

Some do, some don't. Frankly most people kiss ass at work. I don't, and I consider it a weakness on my part that I don't.

Finance is a male dominated industry, run by men. There are some women who succeed and usually they have to be sharks. I respect it. But they are definitely playing a different game from the men around them.

Still, men earn more and achieve more than women in business, generally. Not saying it's good or bad, just stating a fact.

Personally, I think it's easier to earn respect as a man in the workplace. I also think men are easier to get along with.

Like it or not, social skills are critical in building a career, and most guys in IT totally lack those skills.
