My advice for this girl would be to immediately cease working out and eat a whole pizza and drink 3 beers each day until her 6 pack abs are gone.

As men, our primary goal is to improve our situation. We recognize that actionable criticism, while it stings initially, is ultimately worth its weight in gold. If chicks on Tinder kept telling you you're too scrawny, you'd start lifting obsessively. If they told you your beard looks like shit, you'd break out the razor that day. If some girl broke up with you by telling you you're too much of a groveling chode, you'd view it as a wake up call to tighten up your game. We'd all kill for girls to just tell us how to be more attractive, rather than beating around the bush with worthless bullshit like "I don't think it's gonna work, but you're a super nice guy, blah blah blah."

For reasons I can't explain, women's primary goal is to hear nice things about themselves. When they receive criticism, all that matters is that it didn't feel good to hear.
