I think the real story here is how a millionaire guy who looks reasonably well couldn't get a marriage material girl in the UK and resorted to a pro in EE.

the red flags were everywhere.

-she was 29 at the time (25+ is a flag in EE)
-she was a pole dancer!!
-obsession with getting a visa to come to Britain
-getting beta to buck (pay for her car, house, food, clothes)

even the beta thought it was wierd:

As sad as it may be, you can chalk this up to not being so desperate that you ignore the tell-tale signs of a gold digging whore. A Ukrainian gold digging whore too. Where was this man's friends?

But large numbers of redpillers move to LatAm, EEur, Asia. Places full of poverty +crime + (some) predatory women. Large numbers of redpillers also believe a good/very good income is key to their identity, their "alphaness" and ability to attract quality women.

The guy wasn't even very wealthy and didn't flash it either.

There are gold digger women in the West too. But they are often fat, mingingly ugly and are full of this "strong independent woman" bullshit coined from square jawed, short haired female politicians.

Alot of Western women are utter piglike in appearance, so he can't be condemned for going abroad.
Ofcourse we can criticise him after the event... but what he did initially was arguably bold... if misguided/stupid in some ways. Giving her an allowance etc so early on was ridiculous, ofcourse.

What would you do? His other option was to look at local woman who become fat, shorthaired career women and expect men to do cookery, cleaning and childcare like some sort tranny?

A lot of these disaster stories abroad have a few key elements in common.

-Old + unattractive guy dating women 29+++
-Girl asks for money straight off the bat coupled with some sob story.
-Asymmetrical investment on the man's side. Girl takes but does not INVEST in the man in a compelling way. Maybe she might put out a little but for post wall sluts this is meaningless. They don't cook/clean/teach you Russian etc/They don't agree to have a baby or pregnancy. Meanwhile beta bucks for everything including her partner visa back to his country. It's a one-sided transaction. Once the transaction is fulfilled on the female side she safely disengages and man is left with a loss. These men are so beaten down they don't ever bother testing their women.

I think we need to give this guy a bit of credit. Certainly, he made mistakes, but he wasn't the totally compliant "Gentleman" that people seem to think he was; he'd started to express misgivings before the marriage, and continued to do so. Had he been a total doormat, he would have been hit with a divorce a few years down the line, and paid the usual penalty for his naivety; as it was, things almost certainly weren't going to last long enough for the wife to take him to court and make any financial gain, so she took far more drastic action to make an extraction of resources.

No real mention has been made in the press of the new partner. Given what is a matter of public record regarding this woman, I really do wonder what on earth he's doing with her.

These are excellent points-- ANY Mention of financial problems soon after contact is a big flag.

If you start dating a woman, want a LTR, and she's not from West she should IMMEDIATELY, from the first time she comes over:
-- start trying to do all dishes,
-- offer to cook,
-- Clean up stuff automatically, start sweeping etc.
-- resist being given spending money,
-- always offer to take cheap transport and resist taking taxis.
-- Be explicitly clear about wanting to have kids without reservation ( not sure! after I finish school") and always want to go raw.
She should ASK you about stuff wester chicks never would? "Will you let me work?... Can I go over my friends'"

Of course, if you meet girls in bars you pretty much are filtering out most "good girls" right from the start.

I've met several of these Russian/Ukrainian girls in the states that came over on fiancee visas--always the same story.

"What happened with you and your ex-husband?"

"Oh, it just didn't work out. We're still friends though."

Some guys just like getting used. They may or may not see the same signs that we do, but they tuck them away and forget about them.

When you meet them in EE a good screen is to make it clear to them how excited you are to set up your life in their country. If she reacts negatively then you might have a visa hunter there. Though the real clever ones may still play along if they think you're worth it.

In any case learning the local language is probably the best screen for avoiding these sharks.

More on this in the UK press yesterday. The Ukrainian police checked the woman's movements after the incident by examining her mobile phone records - apparently the first thing she did was go to a nearby breakers yard.
