Game for big guys
From boyhood, I've always been one of the biggest kids in any crowd. I've never even been in a fistfight, as nobody wants to mess with me. I've seen a fair bit of advice for short guys and skinny guys, but nothing for us Bigfoots.

For the most part, I've done fine with women. Some chicks are just plain attracted to "manly men" (I'm not only large and barrel-chested, I'm also rather hirsute). That's fine and all, but I wonder what the big dudes of RVF have done, if anything, to use their size to their advantage.

RE: Game for big guys
I'm not big but being big is just that; being, just like being short, fat, thin, having blue as opposed to green eyes etc. They are passive characteristics that are readily visible and people will make neutral, positive or negative judgements according to them with the first impression being beyond our control.

A naturally small guy might want to emphasize his masculinity through speech and actions, including hobbies and vocation while not coming across as too try-hard, assuming that the woman he interacts with happens to have a negative view of small men, while a big guy might want to do the opposite so as to not come across as too intimidating or as having a one track mind revolving around his admittedly masculine build. Again this would depend on the particular woman or the niche; some may like men, whose lives revolve around power and pumping up their masculine image while others would like a bit of contrast.

You have to be a bit more specific, what are your stats?

Stats? 6'2", over 200 lbs since I was 13. Whether I've worked out (did a lot in my 20s) or not (most of my 30s), people have always assumed I've been rather strong. At 35, I got quite slender (under 200lbs) due to running half marathons, but, judging by pics of myself at the time, I still looked muscular due to my height and (aforementioned barrel-chested) build.

Anecdotally: I went suit-shopping, and the guy at Neiman Marcus said my chest was too big for a 46, but I was too slender for a 48. He said I wouldn't find an off-the-rack suit that would fit me. So far, he's been right.

RE: Game for big guys
I'm tall 6'2" and about 190 lbs. Not big, but certainly most girls have to look up to me when we talk. If there's any particular advice I'd give to a tall/big or big and tall man would be run a bit more comfort game. You don't want to scare women if you are very physically intimidating. Use humor as a way to provide contrast to your imposing bulk. If you're the type of guy she can laugh around, she's less likely to think "if this man tried to rape or kill me, would I be a gonner?". Most women don't actively think these thoughts, but run them as an unconscious sub-routine in their brain. Just be the Big Chilled Out Guy game works best from the Big Dudes that I know. Avoid signs of showing unprovoked anger. With the extra size, that will scare all but the most damaged women, and why would you want to spend time with them anyways. Just be The Big Chill.

^ exactly my routine so far. The Gentle Giant, and also the Big Friendly Giant

I do enjoy the "deer in the headlights" reaction I get from some women. I posted this question because I find myself wondering "what combination of big guy and x works best with women who aren't wooed by size alone?" Thinking about expanding the pool a little, and not just going for the low-hanging fruit.

RE: Game for big guys
One thing I find about being taller/larger is that women love to hug me. I'm an extrovert by nature, so I've never had a problem with physical intimacy. Women love hugging tall dudes. Be warm and friendly to your female friends, crush them a bit with a squeeze. Watch them giggle and laugh. Mess with them and tell them they are hurting your neck because they are so low to the ground. Put your arm around their shoulder and just drape it there. If you are The Loving Big Guy who just puts off lots of friendly vibes, women respond positively. The only exception is if you meet a girl who is genuinely introverted, you might want to back off her physical space a bit, as it can be a bit overwhelming for them. Bottom line is, size up the situation, but also be true to being calm and laid back.

Depends upon your sense of humor too, but I also like to kid tiny girls about how they are "bite size" or "would make a great snack or appetizer". You're not too big, they are just too small. Big Grin

Most of them eat it up, and I find that tiny girls love big guys. I love being tall, because I have a thing for short women. Smile

"Bite size" -- I love it! It's flirtatious but deniably so, which both protects you from shit tests, and placates her spinning hamster.

You're on point about the hugs, too. I wonder if it has to do with girls' youthful attraction to their fathers....

I think women like protection on an instinctual level. If they had a good dad, that will be their first memory of that masculine strength.

The smaller the girl, the more defenseless she is against violence, hence the desire for a taller, strong man. Tiny girls love big guys, and big guys like being around feminine tiny women that make us feel manly.

When there is a large size difference, men feel more manly and women feel more womanly. I'm pretty sure I'm going to marry a tiny girl.

RE: Game for big guys
I'm 6'6 and weigh around 250lbs.

When I was in college, I was the same height and weighed around 185lbs-190lbs. I stayed skinny since I was involved in college sports and very active.

Women had some interest in me but it wasn't like how it is today.

The weight didn't come until I graduated. Had some of my mothers cooking and I hit the weights really hard. I packed on a lot of weight but it took a couple years.

When I went back home after living out of town, I ran into quite a few people that I saw in school. They were all doing double takes and finally recognizing me.

Some of the girls who were real stuck up and didn't give me the time of day, started rubbing up on me and feeling my arms and touching my chest. It was pretty surreal that packing on all that weight made such a difference.

That's where my foundation was built for my game. I relied on my size to make women feel tiny. They really ate it up and had that "safety" factor that JMK described. Women thought it was really sexy when I could pick them up (literally) with no effort. Especially when I picked them up to take to my room.

Your size will never be a negative. Embrace it because it shows your masculinity and women will always think you're an "alpha male" due to that size and apparent strength. Women will always notice you when you walk into a bar or party. Use it to your advantage because many find it a very attractive quality.

RE: Game for big guys
I'm 6'3'' and @265, shaped similarly to Fedor Emelianenko, if you know who that is. Wide shoulders, barrel chest, deep voice and a dark beard. I get told I look like a thug or a gangster.

One piece of advice I wish I had when I was young was to not mistake fear for disinterest or lack of attraction. Aside from physical size, I have a "threatening" resting posture. I've had women tell me I look kind of angry when really I'm just bored. I realize now looking back that there were multiple women in college and even highschool that were timidly expressing interest and I didn't notice. This was all pre-internet; places like this forum and their predecessors have been a huge boon.

Women are perfectly capable of being turned on by a man they are afraid of and it gets you noticed. I've never had to worry about being invisible to women. I've had more than one cross the street at night to walk on the other side.

You have to learn to diffuse fear or hesitancy more then average sized men. This is probably why the "Big Goofball" persona is often suggested. I just can't do that: I'm not goofy and won't fake it. This is one of the few times that I think actually displaying above average intelligence is useful in game. It has been to me anyway. A man that looks like me being capable of erudition is not what women expect; its confusing and interesting. Ask them about the last trite book they read or some dumb charm on their jewelry and you're in. Proceed to game as normal.

edit - watch your goddamned diet as you age!

RE: Game for big guys
I don't think a bigger guy has to be "goofy" or "the life of the party". What he does have to do, in my experience and in watching guys even much larger than myself, is that they have to break expectations. If you are a 6'3" 265 lbs man that can tackle an intellectual subject, they might be surprised that you aren't a gym rat meat head like many big guys are. Defy expectations. If you are genuinely huge, even smiling helps break the ice when you consider the average woman (who is normal weight) is LITERALLY HALF your weight. My Chinese ex was a 95 lbs spinner @ 5'0". She loved rested against my chest, because in her words, it made her feel really small and protected. Women want protection, smaller women especially so. In fact, short girls guy strongly for tall guys, even more so than even taller women in my experience. Tall girls want tall guys too, but I find that short girls will compete hard for a tall guy's attention. It is natures way of making sure the height gene pool doesn't get too extreme on either end of the spectrum.

I think that larger guys are giving more leeway when it comes to smiling around women, because it defuses the threat instinct if you're huge. Don't smile when there's no reason, but just showing that you're not a threat is half the game when a woman is literally outclassed by you 2x or even 3x their size. In short, defy expectations. Don't be a meat head, either have something funny to say or prove that you aren't just a massive hulking caveman by having something interesting to say. General game stuff, only I think big dudes are given more wiggle room regarding comfort game and smiling, and assume there's already natural attraction based on your size alone. In my experience, if you're over 6' tall, the extra bulk is just a bonus unless you're genuinely fat.

Same here, man, when a girl mentions how "she's so small and I'm so big," or "she's so vertically challenged," I just say "you're not small/short/vertically challenged, you're fun-sized." It gets the gears turning in their minds.

Another line I like to use is to ask a petite girl how tall she is. She'll usually think for a moment, being self-conscious about it, and while she's thinking, I'll guesstimate her height. So, let's say she's around 5'2", I'll say, "Let me guess, you're like 5'2 and a quarter, and that quarter's very important to you." I'll make a mischievous smile, and they always eat it up, it's great.

What always amazes me is that these girls are often self-conscious about their height, when to me, it's so feminine, and femininity is definitely a positive, not a negative. These girls, on average, tend to be more grounded (no pun intended), and I find that attractive as well.

(01-23-2017 08:03 PM)John Michael Kane Wrote:  Most of them eat it up, and I find that tiny girls love big guys. I love being tall, because I have a thing for short women. Smile

Absolutely. My general preference is 5'2" to 5'6", I like how a more petite girl feels when I have my arm around her, it feels much more natural than the way my arm feels around a tall girl.

I only wish when I was younger I wasn't so innocent, I got hit on by so many girls and missed so many opportunities simply due to being oblivious to what was going on or too inexperienced to make the most of the opportunity.

Every cutie coming up to me all wide eyed, looking up at me and saying, "you're so tall," or "my friend thinks you're hot," was a huge missed opportunity.

You live and you learn. If you're a really young guy reading this, make moves, man, make moves. Really though, that advice goes for everyone, including myself, right now.

Oh well, we can only live life going forward, so we've got to make the most of each passing moment.

RE: Game for big guys
Most really tall and really short girls are self-conscious about their height in my observations. Tall girls often feel awkward and manly, and are saddened by their lack of tall male dating options that can actually make them feel feminine. A friend of mine is 19 years old, and she's 6'. Beautiful face and eyes, nice skin, long legs like a spider. She's very caught up thinking she's not attractive, and she's a genuinely sweet girl who isn't doing it for attention whoring purposes either. Tall girls sometimes feel hard to be feminine. Short girls often think that men want tall girls, because all the super models they see on the magazines aren't tiny spinners like they are. They project short = not what men want. I love short women, and tease them ruthlessly in a good natured way. I tell them they cost less to feed, are better on fuel economy when we drive somewhere, etc. One of life's great pleasures is a tiny, feminine woman who wraps her arms around you and barely comes up to your chest. Good times.

I've met plenty of average height girls who were convinced they were short. Recent girl I dated was like 5'4"-5'5" and constantly whined about how short she was. I'm 6'3" so I'm much bigger than her, but she was still pretty average height for a girl. Italian, too, so definitely not short for her group.

Own it, and like John Michael Kane said, don't act angry. Be cool. I don't bring it up, but if the girl brings it up (she will) I tease her about being short.

Short girls are the best.

I have a sister who is 5'4", so average height in the USA for a woman. She has complained about being short. Models are all tall, so women see those pics and think "how short am I"? They think they must be stumpy. It is just the media projection that causes average women to think they are short.

Speaking of models, never forget that the fashion industry is run by homosexual men.

Homosexual.

Men.

The women they choose to walk the catwalk often look like the demographic preferred by homosexual men: adolescent males.

Check it out yourself. Once you see it, you can't unsee it.

Every time I see the "9s are runway models" comment, I cringe.

Fags run high fashion, no question about it. These bony, emaciated women with gangly arms and legs aren't what straight men find attractive. Fags in fashion are just projecting their own desires by selecting female models who meet their own fetishes. That's part of the reason why "high fashion" is so retarded and comes up with shit like this:

[Image: craig-green-man-topman-fashion-east-lond...od-06x.jpg]

[Image: sibling-london-collections-british-uk-20...et-04x.jpg]

When it comes to fashion, no fags please.

Ahhh, now that's better:

Makes sense. I don't think of models because I don't find most of them attractive. On the tall front, Taylor Swift could get it though.
