At first I tried resisting watching pEwdiepie because I thought it was only for immature kids, but then I realized this dude is not only older than me, but successful, not afraid to express his mind, creative, etc. I enjoy the way he edits his videos, and his style of humor. Also knows how to deal with the media.

I would say that anyone who dislikes him probably remembers him from when he was starting out on youtube, his most popular era was when he played Happy Wheels and he had very childish humor back then, but obviously I was like 16-18 or whatever all those years ago so I liked it.

His comedy since then has come a long way so videos from the last 1-3 years are much more accessible to an older audience, a few of my friends that I remember used to hate him when I was younger eventually came round and said something like "I actually saw a recent video of his and thought it was pretty funny, hes changed alot".

I duno, I believe alot of people here would change opinions of him if they watched more recent videos, but if your content has to be strictly red pill, full of politics and hyper masculine then maybe give it a miss.

I'm an entrepreneur and have my own business, not making millions, but I'm doing something I love and can afford a lifestyle that I'm more than happy with.

If I had to spend my entire life pretending to be a retard on YouTube to appeal to teenage girls in order to afford myself a living, I'd more than likely have to shoot myself. If look at it closely, it implies that you can't have personal standards, because you are forced to defer to money or popular opinion on everything. It also puts you in a position of having to respect anybody who has more than you do, which is almost the definition of bootlicking authoritarianism. If you think success proves anything other than some combination of luck, marketing skill, ass-kissing or work ethic (some of these are good qualities some aren't), then you're in the embarrassing position of having to accept society's standards over your own. The only way you can adopt this mindset without being a beta, is if you're so big that you shape society's standards yourself, and even then, you're still a beta to relative to larger influencers. These questions are all relative. Different people will 'sell out' for different prices and under different terms. Probably most people would act like a clown on national television for 10 million. Well I think most of his fanbase are 12 year old kids, so just because they're are probably some 30-year old virginal manchildren who watch his crap doesn't mean the average fan doesn't grow out of his immature 'comedy' at some point in their lives.

Most guys who grew up watching Barney or Pokemon as a kid don't still watch it as an adult, and the majority of socially-stunted manbabies who still religiously watch Pokemon, My Little Pony, and little girls' anime shows, etc into their adulthood, are usually hardcore SJWs who sit around on the internet whining about how their disturbing case of arrested development isn't "accepted" by normal people with jobs and "sex lives" that don't involve jacking off to bad MS Paint artwork involving something with 'Totally Spies' and the Hamburger.
