DUP will not influence the Tories any way whatsoever on social policy. They'll be bought off by public works and ag supports being shoveled their way. However, DUP will bolster the remainers and soft-brexiteers within parliament to drive for that which is non-negotiable for them. They will refuse to support anything that puts a hard border between NI and Ireland.

I can see how May can keep her premiership after the summer and certainly not through 2018.

Well, this has worked out rather well. May resigning and the DUP influencing Tory policies? Even when the Left has small wins, they still lose overall.

Obviously within 2 elections or so Labour will have established complete dominance via indoctrination in schools and bringing in more immigrants who tend to vote for them. What the crooks can't accept is that we're sick to death of Brussels and the immigrants.
But some people swung back to Labour because they're sick of sinking wages, shit services and May cronies like the Eton gang, Starbucks, BAe etc getting away with everything. We're also sick of the "Blair babes" that Blair used to destroy left of centre politics ie globalists/luvvies ie priviledged, immigrant/homo loving men hating shysters
who should really be in the Liberal or Conservative Party.

Boris isn't a panacea for immigration hardliners IMO. He'll be willing to push for hard-brexit and give up the common market but he'll look to really make it easier for commonwealth citizens (and americans) IMO to come in.

As they should, as Northern Ireland having a hard border with Republic of Ireland would force many Northern Irish brexiteers to rethink their position on leaving the EU and remaining in the UK.

Remember that even during the worst of "the Troubles" there was no hard border between NI and ROI, and that businesses trade freely across that border (an arrangement separate to the EU) and that the Common Travel Area (free movement for work or living) between the UK as a whole and ROI has exited for 70 years. Additionally, many commute across the border (both ways) for work, and families live on both sides of the border.

There is absolutely no way a hard border could exist between NI and ROI. It was used as a political stunt by the NI remainer parties (especially Sinn Fein) to scare people into voting to remain.

Additionally, Sinn Fein want the hard border, as it would cause massive disruption, loss of business/jobs, a crash in the economy and living standards on both sides of the border and that is when Sinn Fein would gain more recruits and potentially act to unify Ireland. Under their control of course.

DUP members in the past have stated that they believe the Pope is the antichrist, they are about as Catholic as i am Chinese. In general Catholics in Ireland are more for a united Ireland, and protestants believe in the Union.

You're right about that. I've already left but I fear for those I've left behind. Every time I return it gets worse and worse.
