If you are a smaller indepedant sporting goods dealer, right now is boom time. With the recent closing of sports authority, and dicks sporting goods feet dragging rebranding the stores, the little guys are killing it.

So Bill Dowdles sitting on a pile of cash, in the south, and along comes this black guy banging his daughter. Bill is worried little Allie is gonna get knocked up and married. Then the family business is gonna fall into the hands of this evil black guy.

Or worse, Bills thinking that Allie will have a son, then later down the road the CEO is some half breed. This makes bill unhappy. He disowns Allie and is probably writing her out of the will.

Well Allie is smart. Here she is getting some news, which is proof enough, that daddy is a racist. Now when he dies, she has plenty of fuel to dispute his will. Put this in front of a black or female judge. Poor little Allie had to go to the internet to raise money to finish college, and there it is in writing.

Bill Dowdle shot himself in the foot cutting her off, and put his family's business in jeopardy, there for I take Allies side.

All of this seems feasible enough. But is she really smart? Is she going to crowdfund her entire future? Even if she gets the internet to pay for her education (btw I'd rather see that money fund the education of someone born into poverty, eg. a black kid), what's she gonna do with her degree in liberal arts/sociology/African studies? Get a job at the SPLC? She thinks she's damaged her family, and she has, but she's hurt herself 1000X worse. Her dad's money will weather the storm, her pussy pass won't create a dynasty.

It's clear that the father's real problem with the kid is that he went to Clemson to play a nonsensical joke of a sport like soccer. What an embarrassment for everyone involved.

I know how hard it is to keep a multi generational business going. Do you realize how easy it is to challenge a will? The business is as much Allies birthright as it is her brother's. There is enough "evidence" with the articles on the internet about this situation for a win in Allies favor.

In this case, it looks like it would be just about impossible for her to contest the will. There is no "birthright inheritance" question if the guy wrote a will. He can write her out for any reason including "I don't like her hair color" and if the will is not fraudulent and he was not mentally incompetent at the time of writing the will, she's not going to get a damn thing if she goes to court.

Allie just did material damage to the family business with her idiotic stunt. I doubt that's going to play well if she foolishly tries to contest the issue in 30 years.

Do to my obsession with teenaged white women I did a little reserch- The guy is a soccer star at Clemson, and played for the MLS prior to college. The young tender girl is herself a soccer player ranked 37th in the state of Tennessee, they probley connected due to a shared love of sport.
