I took pictures of the protesters having their parade about 3:40pm. My phone will not let me post the pictures. But it was mainly hipsters. Their were African Americans and antifa wannabees too.

One of the black guys had a Yugo AK pistol and I took his picture. He looked at me and told me he should take my bicycle I had. I told him to go ahead and try. (There were cops everywhere.)

I am at Pinup Bowl on the Delmar Loop right now. There are people showing up dressed in black with black bandannas tied around their necks. I assume they were the "protestors.". These motherfuckers have no clue what will happen if shit really hits the fan and they eventually piss off the wrong people.

When I was downtown after work. These losers were all walking together in this parade, talking selfies of themselves...while they were protesting.

The trial judge's ruling has been posted. Here is link.

This was damn near prosecutorial misconduct. I don't know how this case made it past grand jury. The defense only called two witnesses but the state did a better job at defending him.

Here are big takeaways you probably won't see in media.

1. The medical examiner stated that the bullet injuries were "not inconsistent" with a man leaning in the manner that Stockley testified to.

2. The DNA, which is the crux of the public lynch mob, has also been overplayed. The state's witnesses testified that just because Smith's DNA was not found, does not mean he didn't handle gun, especially using 2011 technology. They also testified that a bag of narcotics found in the vehicle did have Smith's DNA but not Stockley's even though Stockley handled the bag as well.

3. Stockley testified he is a West Point Graduate and was a field training officer for the department. He testified he shot Mr. Smith with his duty pistol(not the AK) after Mr. Smith failed to comply with orders to stop moving and show his hands. A witness across the street confirmed the timeline that Stockley gave and that he could hear orders being given.

4. Stockley testified that he returned to the patrol car to look for quick clot to put on Mr. Smith. He testified that he removed this winter gloves to search for the quick clot. The judge noted that there was no way Stockley could have concealed a full-size and gun on his person since multiple videos show he has nothing in his hands and his pants don't have pockets large enough. The judege noted that four officers were watching in the window as Stockley entered the vehicle and found the gun in between the seats. Stockley then made the weapon safe by unloading it. The state didn't have a theory on how the gun was planted.

5. The judge wrote that the states entire case rested on the fact that Stockley allegedly said "we're killing this mother fucker," however the judge noted that during the loud and stressful police chase that the full statement was not known and could be used out of context. The judge's opinion was that stressful utters during a very stressful situation is ambiguous.

6. The state tried to claim that Stockley fired a fifth "kill shot." Something that the judge noted was not supported by any evidence presented. The witness across the street testified that the shots were fired in a sequence and the medical examiners testified there is no way to tell the order of the wounds.


Good luck seeing this on the media. Instead we get to watch more footlocker, liquor stores and gas station become "liberated" in the name of mob justice.

I went to one this summer, in Helsinki. It was supposed to be the premier pole dancing club in Northern Europe. It was a Russian brothel.

Get off at the Sauget exit and follow that road for the back way to centreville. PTs Centreville I guest is closed but used to be one of my favorites. That shortcut through the heart of east st. Louis was scary though.

I was there when the casino queen still floated. The places you mentioned all used to be something else.

Either way, be careful. I have it on good authority that they are moving serious security over to the judges house right by Francis park / ted drewes. Too bad, because that's a nice neighborhood.

They were or are protesting on the Delmar Loop and the Central West End. Some of the bars and restaurants closed up. I was gonna hit up Mission Tacos on Delmar and they locked the doors. God damned mother fuckers.

When I lived in St.Louis in the 80's, Wash U was known as ground zero for terminal hipsters. The University City area was lined with cool record shops, but you would also find plenty of loony left agitators up there too. Courtesy of that big arc the city fathers drew around the river in the late 1800's, St.Louis has a very small metro area compared to any other big USA town. Central West End had the gay bars, so you had to be careful which one you went inside.
My comment about Wash U students being involved in the latest kerfuffle was based on my old impressions, Kona. Any time I stepped on that campus I was guaranteed to be assaulted with some flyer promoting the latest effing "cause". The radio station was full of broadcasts about "the struggle". A highway overpass near Wash U was perpetually decorated with graffiti pushing "revolution". And all of this carried out near a college where the annual tuition was a lot more than many people in the area earned.

The Delmar Loop, Central West End and area around Wash U has really changed. I was drinking my pitcher of beer at a booth in a restaurant still open last night. The protesters had all marched somewhere else.

But about 30 minutes into eating my food and drinking beer, about 200 cops in full riot gear showed up right out front and started macing people. A lot of the people inside got scared. They technically closed the cafe and said people could leave out the back. But you could stay and finish your food. So I sat there and drank my beer and ate my turkey melt.

After I was done, I went out front and they had about 8 protesters sitting with their hands zip tied behind their backs. Every one else was basically gone, except for onlookers and the militant black lives matter protestors.

One kid/guy was acting like a little bitch with his hands tied behind his back. He was crying about being thirsty. The black lives matter people were yelling at the cops about being facists and they made a photo op over the kid being thirsty. They had some huge tv camera and were recording some girl hugging him and letting him drink water in front of the camera. Almost like an instance of Jesus being comforted by Mary out of a scene in a Biblical movie or painting.

After all of this was over, they had 300+ cops in full riot gear show up. They bused them in on Metro Buses.

I went about 2 miles away to get beer and toasted ravioli from from the grocery store and I came back to Delmar about 12:50am to check it out. Every one was gone. No cops. Traffic was back to normal.

Some guy was drinking beer, leaning against the church on the street corner. I asked if every one was gone? He said yeah. Be careful on that bike....because of all of the "crazy people.".

I pedaled past him and said that I was not worried about any of them.

I am not afraid of these kinds of people. I know full well that I could get hit in the head with a brick or have them gang up and try to jump me.

But I am wanting to just observe, for now.

If people like this do this in peaceful times, when there are no natural disasters or something to cause unrest....and the police kind of stand back and just have a lazze fare/hands off response. How will they react when there is wide spread, real castatrophies? (Hurricanes, earthquakes, war....)

They will do like what happened on the US Virgin Islands, during the hurricane last week. These cry baby opportunists will be able to terrorize and run amuck and the general population will have to give up their rights and freedoms (guns) to the police or military.

I have guns, but other than collecting or target shooting at paper 50 feet away....I never was interested in learning how to use them.

After last night, I feel kind of changed inside. I am going to learn to use them. (I am not trying to sound crazy or like I am crazy mad. I am not.). But this is real. These kinds of people are spreading more and more into society and no one really does anything back. It is happening here, it is happening and is going to keep getting worse, in Europe.

So, I made a standard in me that I want to not be one of the people that let's themselves be a victim to this. Time to turn a hobby into a skill.

Its hard to imagine out-corruptioning the Honolulu Police, but it if anybody can its the SLPD.

They arrest people for having the same ak-47 as their officer was carrying when he killed the guy.

Right here in this tweet look at them trying to say how bad it is that someone was doing the exact same thing as they do. That's a scary looking weapon. This is bullshit.

Also, all three car seats in those pictures are different. They way I read that those are all from the same car.

And keep in mind guns in the car is completely legal in Missouri. I guess when they passed all the castle doctrine and other lax laws, they forgot that sometimes black people will follow the same laws.

Loaded firearms in a vehicle are not legal in Missouri if you don't have have a CCW. They need to be unloaded and not readily accessible if you don't have a CCW. Drugs will nullify a CCW so its a felony again. These guys crashed with drugs, loaded guns and masks in a car on a weekend night, I don't think they were going to the gun range. I'm ok with white people being charged if they are crashing into people with loaded guns.

I'm all for legal gun ownership, and have many myself.

I am absolutely afraid of the way an ak47 looks. So are a lot of other people. That's why I have one. When someone sees an ak47 they know exactly what it is. That's the idea.

If someone came at my car with one, cop or no cop, I'm hitting the gas. It was absolutely crazy for that cop to go at that car with that ak. The outcome is exactly what was to be expected.

When this shooting occurred, it was still illegal to carry the way the guy the cop shot did. However, now, it is fully legal in Missouri to carry concealed with no permitting.
