Backstory: I lost my job and ended up being put on a 3 week course by the Jobcentre.

There was a 22 year old girl on the same course. Now normally I would make an approach and move on if it didn't work. But three weeks together after being rejected is awkward. So I took the long term approach.

Halfway during week 2 she was describing her experience of being blindfolded as part of a course activity and touched me three times on the arm, so I touched her on the arm.

The next day she had a job interview and got it since she didn't come back.

So, should I bother following up on her or move on?

What do you lose by following up? At worst, you'll be in the exact same situation as if you do nothing. Take action.

Also, focus on getting your own personal life in order FIRST. As in, practice a little bit of self-love and get your career going before worrying too much about women.

You'll feel more confident if you take care of your business first and foremost.

Did you exchange your contacts?

Did you talk outside of that course?

Does she like you at least a bit?

What do you mean by long term approach? Describe that that entails for you

Drop her a casual message asking how her new job is. Follow from there if she answers. However, you should have some solid DHV story yourself. Still being at the jobcenter definitely isn't.
