RE: N.Arlington, VA bar scene
Got to chime in - I have a part-time bachelor pad a stones throw from the Clarendon metro station that I bought for business purposes. If you're local shoot me a PM and we can commiserate over a brew.

The Rosslyn-Ballston corridor and Clarendon specifically is indeed the land of popped collars and brogrammers working for Booz Allen Hamilton, etc. That said, I'm not in the age group to hang out in night clubs so it doesn't bother me so much - never been inside Clarendon Ballroom which is really the only club, per se. And the Clarendon Grill is a lame sports bar with a shitty menu that doesn't look like it gets packed all that often, at least not lately. If I go to a bar, it's to get a drink with some friends or maybe watch a game. Bars are where guys go to get rejected and girls go to get free drinks - night game is on its death bed in the US, especially places like DC.

On the plus side, they keep building apartments here - not condos - meaning they expect a lot of young single people to keep filling the area. Already as it is, I see plenty of talent walking around during the day, so it could be a much better place for day game versus night club sausage fests - which are rampant all over DC. If the rooftop club at the W is supposed to be the better end of the scene, DC is in trouble. Unless you're gay - I agree with what Roosh said in his discussion with Quintus that at least a third of the city must be homosexual men.

Amen jack198, I could not have said it any better!
Btw to finish your statement about DC.....
and the other third is overweight African American women Angry

I also agree about the statement that night game & bar game is dying. Unfortunately I wasted almost 10 years of my prime life trying to game in DC & Northern Virginia area before figuring out that it was hopeless. Got tired of playing "clown game" just to get bread crumbs from entitled 5s & 6s here. Now, i've realized that industry happy hours at upscale loungies and dance classes are a much better way of meeting women around here, the bars I stick to strictly chill with my bros over beers on NFL Sunday's.
