You're walking home from work late at night. These 4 girls walk out from around the corner in front of you (from the street where you live, coincidentally) and start walking towards you.

   

You got about 10 seconds before they pass you. How do you open? (This happened to me about 15 minutes ago, didn't open, had no idea what to say).

You should be dressed well to get into a bar/club/party at all times. 'Let's go to this bar/club/party and they'll join us later' (even if true/false about the 'boys'. If they don't turn up use the social status and value to create a venue full of ladies chasing you for turning up with four girls. If they do turn up get your boys a bang each. The brunette will gravitate towards me with increasing game throughout the night and then you can seal the deal by bringing her back solo). Smash it.

If I was coming home late from work at night, to be honest, I'd probably vapor lock because I wasn't warmed up for such an opportunity. I'd probably end up eyeballing the one on the right and hopefully getting out a "hey!" before I kick myself from having my mind on work instead of social interactions.

Warmed up, it wouldn't be as hard but man, going in cold on a cold approach without your mind in it is rough. Not at Gio level yet.

Reasoning: Gets their attention. Instant role play. Ambiguous question that allows them to invest, or not.

If they are sloppy you can give them a player control foul, if they shit test you you can go with unnecessary roughness.

If they are straight up bitchy, you can give them a technical foul (You're out of here!) without breaking stride or losing face.

Carrying around a whistle would be overdoing it though.

In a situation like this..

FEELINGS + EMOTIONS are far superior to logic and reason.

Unless you are a really good looking guy who fits the exact mold that they are looking for -- You must grab their attention and keep it with some sort of powerful, emotion invoking maneuver that gives them a rush of excitement.

I WOULD START SINGING!

I would stand in front of them like they were my back up dancers. (I would tell them that they were my back up dancers)

I do agree that 4 by yourself is a lot especially if you are somehow tired. How about "Excuse me girls, I'm a bit drunk and forget where I parked today. Have you seen a gold Bugatti Veyron with a red carpet around and written Mr [your name] is awesome?

What has been your success with a long-winded opener like that?

Every single time I've opened a girl and gotten into a conversation, regardless of environment, it has been shorter and sweeter. Or, there was an action component like Giovonny was getting at. Sometimes, just getting their attention is enough and they start filling the air with their own voice, and at that point I just have to keep the ball rolling.

This past Friday there were these two fine ladies and I just put up both my hands up damn near spirit bomb style to stop that pussy in its tracks..

Of course they tried to eject but being the strong leader of dumbass children I am--I reared them to the bar & night club.
Got the dancing going with one of them, nibbling on her shoulders and ears, got the make out. Then went for the cake game close....sad to announce it didn't work I was shocked (now 3/4 :/ ).

Stop them wrap your arms around their shoulders like you're the man, like you've known them forever, and just lead. Be high energy, be sexual, and put off the vibe of a guy thats here to have fun.

"Are you girls going to _____'s party, cause that place just got shut down, like, ten minutes ago."

This forces them all to stop to talk to you and find out where the location is/was. "Where was the party ?", "Club A (or) someone's loft", and one of them will tell you, "Oh, we're going to Club J".

And the "ten minutes" is important in case they're meeting someone at their intended destination. Anything longer and they'll keep walking ("____ would have texted us about it.").

When pressed, you can tell them it was (your fictitious friend/friend of a friend's) house party, the cops showed up and arrested 5/6/50 people. Or straight up tell them it was a reason to stop and talk to them.

The follow-up depends on their reactions and interest.

I regularly use the opener already said above - arms out, "You guys are going the wrong way!" More often than not they laugh and blow by but it does work pretty regularly. In this case I'd modify it to "Oh hey, hold up, you guys missed it!"......"My place is right back there". Come to think of it, that would probably do a better job of stopping them regularly, I'm going to have to try that one out no matter where my place actually is. Another of my standard emotional spikes I often use after dark, though I don't recall using on a group before, is "It'd be so awkward to tell our children that we met in this dark alley but we'll come up with a story. Like Tinder". Probably best after throwing out the "birthday girl" or "dumped" or whatever, establishing who's available and hopefully interested.

He didn't take the photo, I was wondering that as well until I imaged searched it.

You're right, a little shorter is better. Still, as long as you project confidence (here added with and cocky & funny), it'll be fine. Remember guys : non-verbal is more important than verbal.
