Hi Guys!!

I have been living in Arequipa since last month, where Halloween Party was as hot as in world-class cities, and I am hoping to spend a nice New year party as well.

Now I was thinking about moving to another city for summer. I heard that there is a nice celebration in Puno with lots of hot dancing girls, tons of beer and tons of sex. The name of this event is called VIRGEN DE LA CANDELARIA. This sounds too good to be true, so I would like to get some feedback from people who have actually been there.
