What do skittish women look like?

What do skittish women look like?
Samseau, who started and ran the Donald Trump thread, talked about dealing with "skittish women" correctly in order for the Trump to win.

While I realize that this insight was essential to DJT winning, I have trouble picturing who these women are. How old are they? What's their background? Do they have recognizable physical characteristics or behaviors? Is it just all women and saying that there are non-skittish women deserves a NAWALT in response?
