There is no flavor of outrage more exquisite, delightful, or satisfying than that of the "transgender rights" category. What do I really have to say about this? Where the fuck were these people when Obama didn't do jack shit about the ban until his last year in office and when the trans thing took off with Jenner in 2015? Then again, the Democrats only support equality when it's popular. Otherwise, they'll just cower in a corner. Keep in mind, Bill Clinton two decades put ago in DADT and signed the Defense of Marriage Act in 1996. Obama didn't even support gay marriage until the 2012 election. Don't Ask Don't Tell wasn't even touched on until after the 2010 midterm elections. Hell, the Democrats couldn't even get the Employer Non-Discrimination Act passed when they had majorities in the House and Senate in 2009.

If a Democrat does political decisions to harm their base, it's no big deal to the LGBT community (and even any of part of their base) and they can get away with it. In 225 patients (39%), gender identity disorder was regarded as the primary diagnosis. For the remaining 359 patients (61%), cross-gender identification was comorbid with other psychiatric disorders. In 270 (75%) of these 359 patients, cross-gender identification was interpreted as an epiphenomenon of other psychiatric illnesses, notably personality, mood, dissociative, and psychotic disorders.
