It's funny some of you are shocked. I've been encountering sluts like this one since high school. There is treatment to psychopathy, its 45 to the back of the head. Any pysch treatment to try and help a such person past adolescents is futile. By teaching such a person to become a better human, you just taught him to become a better liar. The sad part is world rewards psychopathy more than humanity.
