Its strange, i seem to feel quite good in warmer weather climates, but now being in Kiev for 3 weeks, i feel quite sluggish, low energy, and just generally want to work on my PC all day. Anyone have similar experiences?

In the Philippines i felt i had a lot more energy, but the first 2 weeks was acclimatizing in a way, now in kiev, i feeling low energy in general, a bit down on things and just dont like the cold winter weather

I think you answered yourself. Rain and cold weather do certainly have an effect on your moods and well-being, especially if you're someone who thrives in warm and sunny climates.

Make sure to stay physically active and to get your vitamin D (probably around 5000 IU daily).
