Mail order brides divorce less

Seems as if current statistics show a 20% divorce rate. Compared to 50% for typical marriages in the USA. Maybe the green card hunting is overplayed a bit by the local women who feel threatened by all the foreign pussy. Here in Australia, the women have few kind words for the Asian women swooping their men up. Its like feminine horde sweeping across the nation, no different to the mighty Genghis Khan looking for new horse pastures.

19.7% of those are probably the Russians though Jesus I love those women. I swear, chasing them and dating them is kind of like the same sort of fucked up thrills this legend used to chase

I wouldn't rush into it first of all. Take your time and gather as much information as possible.

Although some might disagree with me, I believe that, In general, the best marriage material women for a regular Joe are going to be in less economically developed regions of the world. There's lots of reasons for this. Some include the fact that men are more macho, and economic daily struggles, and the fact that feminism hasn't changed the women or these societies to the extent it's changed them in the U.S.

If you're thinking about getting married you need to think really hard about some key factors:

1. Do you live there or bring her back? As mentioned by some posters bringing her back will require you to work very hard to keep her, especially if she's attractive and a lot younger than you. If you're willing to put in the work, and take the risk, it can be done, I've seen it.

But living abroad also has it's difficulties. Personally I would recommend living abroad but it wouldn't make sense for everyone.

2. Age difference. If you're a decent looking dude with a some very good financial stability I would say you could go for 20 year age difference max.... but if you're an average or below average, maybe overweight, I'd try to find something a bit closer to your age range. No more then 10 year difference. The good news is that you'll probably be able to find a good number of candidates who still look good into their 30s and 40s.

3. Religion. One of the most powerful factors that I've seen in keeping women faithful is religion. It's not a sure bet that she will, but it's another check box that you can check off that could work in your favor. Finding a girl who is God fearing can help greatly in keeping her faithful and keeping up hope when you guys hit hard times. You'll want to find a girl who attends church every week and is really into her faith, and you may even want to participate in it with her.

4. Look for the older ones. If you're looking to marry a hot 22 year old, good luck. The chances of that not working out are a lot greater then if you marry an attractive 35 year old who's had a couple kids and maybe a few divorces. The rational behind this is simple. Have you ever met an American guy who's been divorced 3 times, and who is very bitter about all the stuff he's been put through? Usually it's the women who are in this position in these less economically developed regions. You'll want to find a woman who has been through some rough patches. She'll appreciate something good when it comes along.

5. Poor girl or middle class? This is a tough one. Poor girls who have been through rough economic times, will probably appreciate the financial stability you bring to the relationship a lot more then a middle class. There are many poor girls who are looking for a ticket out, but there are others who not only will appreciate you, but they're really be team players. Middle class girls can also be a good choice if you find the right one. With a middle class girl you probably don't have to worry about her marrying you so much for the money, but there are other problems that come along with middle class women. For example, a middle class girl might be use to a higher standard of living, maybe her family had a home-aid at home, and she doesn't know how to cook because she never had to learn... etc.

6. Don't rush into things, always have a back out strategy, and get a prenup. These are just some things off the top of my head, if you have any specific questions let me know!

7. Specific countries and Places. It really depends on you and your goals. But I would look the less economically powerful Latin American countries. Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala. Same can be said for other regions of the world.

Lastly... I tell guys it's like drawing water from a well... Now you know where the well is. If the first marriage doesn't work out for you, and if you need to go back, the well is still going to be there...

The mail order bride thing is a bit misunderstood. I didn't get it until I actually went to Russia and joked with some of them about it. It's marketed on the US side as like a point+click hot wife on-demand service. But actually there's a whole courtship process built into it, usually numerous emails and chat sessions and at least 1-2 visits by the guy to Russia to meet the girl and make sure they like each other first. Like any other online dating site, the women are able to ignore fat, ugly bastards if they don't like them.

It was funny, when I was in Odessa I went to a patio restaurant on Arkadia Beach and happened to sit next to a table with an older American man and two Ukrainian women. The women were probably about 30 and looked very good for their age. The man was probably pushing 60 and sounded like a cheesy car salesman. I was going to say what's up to him (since there are NO westerners in Odessa), but then I overheard their conversation and realized he was on a date with both of them. He was doing the typical lame interview shit, asking them about music, hobbies, etc. and making awkward sexual jokes about dating them. One of the women was clearly bored out of her mind by him, the other seemed into it. But it was clear after a while that he was a member of some mail order bride service and was visiting Ukraine, taking his prospective wives for a test drive.

With that said, I dated a Russian girl for the month I was in St. Petersburg. The women are seriously high quality. Gorgeous, thin, educated, no-bullshit or games, very feminine, passionate, direct with their intentions. But like any Russian, they can be fucking evil if they want to. But I'd definitely consider them some of the best LTR material I've found anywhere. They get a bad rap for being materialistic, but I didn't see them being any more materialistic than girls in the US.

P.S.: My favorite exchange from the old man's conversation went like this...

The main advice here is to stay with the girl in her own country but that's not an option for me as the job options are not good and earning is much less in those countries.

I can agree though that it is better to spend time with her in her country as much as possible to learn more about her, check her honesty and what is her target in life.
I think many of you exaggerating in the importance of money with those girls, you cant also generalize 'foreign girl from Russia', eventually every girl is different and though financial stability would be high on their preferences, girl might look also for a good person to raise the kids, a person which she could enjoy time with her with similar interests.
The 'value' of persons is not just looks/money/age, there are many other aspects though I understand some of you become very cynical.

Taking the most beautiful girl your money can buy is practically buying the girl and it is not likely to last long.

As for the country, Latin America other than Argentina not that appealing to me as I do not like their look, though I agree they likely to be more faithful than Russians also cause of religion which in Russia is not strong at all.
I saw someone mentioned Japan, haven't been there but I believe they do not have financial problems, why American would be appealing to them? Also I believe there is big mentality difference.
Met some Japanese and Korean girls on my travel, there are some white skin beauties but quite unreachable.

But yes, I would never marry a woman and bring her to the US without spending a good deal of time with her first.

It is possible to bring a woman to the US to live with you and get her a green card. But I think you have to prove that you two have been dating for a significant amount of time first.

Harry, I'm not bad-mouthing Russian women at all - I love them and have dated quite a few.
We are speaking strictly of that MINORITY of Russian women who are willing to give up their country, language, culture, food, and loved ones in exchange for a green card. You have to agree that this subset is quite different from the typical Russian woman, and quite likely to be trouble.

And yes, all those women I wrote about in my first post are real. The one with the abuse charge was in 2004, I don't know if laws have changed since then, but she did file abuse charges because she simply couldn't stand her beta husband. She may have been willing to wait longer for the green card but not live under the same roof with the guy and be free to fuck bad boys in the meantime while she waits.

I first went to Russia in about 1993, and I've been back to Russia and Ukraine about 4 times, I was a real wuss, although pretty good looking only 5'9" but highly educated. I'm still pretty wimpy/beta.

It has taken me about 18 years to create an income that will _barely_ allow me to live there.

Marriage is a tough pill. Eventually you want to stop gaming at some point in your life and settle down if possible (ideally). The problem is bring a girl to any metro in the US will corrupt her and she will either get homesick, try to bilk you for money, or turn into a typical American women.

However the risk and prospects are so low, that unless you find a richer women, it might not be worth it. And if you find a richer women, well often they won't do anything wifely one would expect. The ideal would be to find some rich 3rd world woman, like one born into a rich family where you could get some of the money. I did have a greek girl like that once (I know it seems ironic since greece is broke) but couldn't stand the mouth on that bitch, cused like a sailor and had a terrible turnoff personality and also started to get fat even though she was thick to begin with.

Notice when Halle Berry was poor/starting out she had no issue marrying rich guys. But now that she is rich and her looks are fading she no longer believes in marriage to her male model boyfriend. Marriage is just a tool women use as insurance. I'll trap this man and change him and make him completely whipped and if he doesn't do what I say after 10 years then divorce him and take his money and get alimony and find a "Real man" or become an "independent woman".

In my location = ontario. A man can pay alimony forever, even if his wife attempts to murder him. A man can pay 60% of his income to a woman if there are kids. Jamaica: quick and cheap direct flights from Canada, English speaking, British common law, long history (200+ years) between Ja and Nova Scotia (I"m definitely not the first Scotian to go down there and mingle with the local women), plus my kids would have a cool accent! I'll have to get to know Ja and its culture better though before making such a serious decision!

This is something that I"m seriously considering, my job allows me to work 4-6 months a year, so it is definitely feasible. I'd marry a girl from a Muslim country like Morocco. I never hear Moroccan guys complaining that their wife cheated on them or did some bullshit. They always cook and clean. Polish women are also good for marriage. My 55 year old neighbor married a young Polish woman 20 years ago. She was 21 when they met and have 3 kids together. I always see her cooking and cleaning and other traditional stuff.

I've thought about North African women too, I used to know a lot in France when I lived there and some can be absolute stunners. My hair dresser in Edmonton was from Rabat and always trying to convince me to go there and to meet a nice Moroccan girl.

The only problem is the whole religious thing, the way my hair dresser explained it, the family wouldn't let her go, or wouldn't allow her to marry unless her potential husband were to convert to Islam, a move I don't think I'd ever make, theres just too many hot Catholic women in the world for me to choose from!

Then again, Morocco and most other Arab Muslim countries are becoming more liberal/progressive ( a bad thing?), especially with the internet and everything, maybe religion isn't too big of a deal with some of them?
