My experiences come from in-field day game. Night game is completely uninteresting to me so if you're a night guy you may have a different opinion on the matter.

While I've come a long way with day game for the past year in Kiev I recently realized I had a small bad habit that has been working against me for years - squinting.

What is squinting?
To look at someone or something with one or both eyes partly closed in an attempt to see more clearly or as a reaction to strong light.

Why do I squint?
I believe my squinting is a symptom of low confidence, especially in the face of extreme female beauty.

Squinting while making eye contact and approaching adds a subterfuge to one's character. Its subtle but girls are far less receptive because they feel something about the guy is not honest.

My goal with day game has been to become more genuine with my interactions. Sex alone is not so interesting to me. I have become determined to enjoy the process of:
Cold approach > Insta-date.

Relaxed, open eyes convey good health, energy, confidence, comfort, authenticity and trust. Relax the muscles around your eyes, open them up to the world around you and women will be naturally attracted to your sense of presence and belonging.

I have Asian eyes lol. I don't know where they came from either but it always looks like I'm squinting

Will have to disagree here. I squint all the time on approaching, but I do smile a shit ton as well. My friends and I joke about how women I pull tell me I have a layer of mysteriousness in my eyes, it's just me fucking squinting lol.

I love this post!

I came to the same conclusion in my own research!

Squinting is unattractive!

Especially, for average looking guys!

We must present ourselves in the most attractive way possible!

Squinting is a turn off! (It conveys poor health, low confidence, discomfort, etc.)

Stop doing it!

I worked hard to improve my "facial language":

"Default facial expression"

"Micro-facial expressions"

"The eyes are windows to the soul"

I find tighten your lower eyelids a bit to make iris look bigger is the happy medium. I think they call it squinch.

I noticed it especially a lot in Ukraine. People squint to see far objects. I don't know why they don't get glasses or lenses. It is either financial or they don't want to be seen wearing glasses. Especially common with girls.
