Hello my compañeros,

I've been a lurker here at this forum for a while now but finally created an account. I'm very thank full for all the great advice and stories,etc. This is really helping me understand the world and myself better. Coming from a very anxious personality, I've always been timid around the opposite sex. But now I've been learning ways to be more confident through exercise and social exposure.

I meet this beautiful Mexican girl at my work and we flirt a little here and there. Out of a scale of attractiveness she is close to a 9. I take her out to the movies twice and we go out to restaurant/bars. At the work we started to talk more and be more close to each other. At first I thought was going to get friend zoned, but we make out multiple times. At the end of one work day, the boss tells her to come into his office. After a few minutes she comes out crying and leaves without talking to me. Next day I turn into a bit of a beta and send her a comforting text, telling her I'm sad that she left and she was a lovely kind girl, blah blah blah,etc.

That night we go out downtown, by the way this is during Mexico's independence day. We party,drink and kiss a lot. Then I fingered her while we were driving in the Uber, hahaha!

Anyways I don't want to make this a long post, I just believe the boss might have noticed us and decided to just fire her.

Thanks again to all the great contributors to this forum, specially Roosh V who I was introduced to from a friend.

My looking to forward to share more things about my new experiences of the game.

I don't exactly know, but she thought it was because of me, when we were hanging out too often. They actually separated us at one point because she was super talkative with me. Btw she was only at my work for like 3 weeks.

It might help to tell us what type of work you do and what type of work she did.

Usually 9's don't get fired unless they are grossly incompetent, or the Boss has a thing for you

We both do architecture and she is college educated with a degree.As I think about it, you are probably right, could have been incompetence or productivity.

Maybe your boss was jealous and decided to get rid of her? Some men can be very vindictive to attractive women they know or think they could never obtain.

That sucks. Perhaps your boss was jealous at how attractive she was. But maybe he thought she was too much of a distraction or you were distracting her from her work duties. Its okay to date co-workers as long as you keep it on the down-low and not let the relationship interfere with workplace politics.

You don't want the office gossiping on your love life. Your boss probably didn't like her talking to you so much when she should be doing work. It sucks that it happened so quickly, especially after 3 weeks on the job, perhaps she should talk to HR and figure out if she has any recourse or if it was a warning and she can fix her performance. Maybe she can file a wrongful termination lawsuit or get advice from a lawyer. Was she on a probationary hiring period? Most legitamate companies don't fire people without a written warning first.

That could be the case but, probably more likely with the "grossly incompetent" like what dark_g said.

She explained to me very vaguely that she thought the reason was because of hanging out with her too much. But the boss supposedly told her participation the company just wasn't "working out".
Bro, this is Mexico and it's a very small company, they can do whatever they want.

I as a new community member of this forum, I am trying to be honest as possible and be trustworthy without obviously revealing personal information. If there is any doubts about what I'm saying or I'm just not being clear enough, please tell me I would really like know why.

Whatever reason her hamster decided to spin the reason for her getting fired into, I can guarantee it wasn't the real reason. She's just trying to guilt-trip you because that's sort of what women do sometimes.

Don't be hard on yourself. As far as I can tell, if things went down as you say, I can't see how it was your fault.

If young women were fired every time they flirted, made out, and fooled around with their coworkers, there wouldn't be any left in the workforce.

So if you want to game on, game on, but you've already given her more "comfort" than she's entitled to.

Completely agree, she just trying to make me feel bad. Women in general seem to lie and manipulate a lot. I'll keep her as a friends with benefits type of girl.

A girl who was legitimately angry with you for some clear action that caused her to lose her job probably wouldn't be talking to you anymore. If you can keep her as a "jump off" girl for a while more power to you, but I definitely wouldn't trust her to be anything more than that.

Never any real description of what the girl looks like or her behavior - unless it fits some already described stereotype.
