Taking what she says at face value, since we are dealing with a woman that means at best an exaggeration of the truth, even then, so what? It doesn't implicate society or 'all men' in any way. Everybody has been in this situation before.

As I've said, and many of you have mentioned, I think this is a new, twisted form of humblebrag. A woman I used to work with is constantly posting on social media about the men who harass her when she wears yoga pants. She's fat and unattractive, so methinks her imagination, need for attention and clear hatred of men, have gotten the best of her.

Or anyone who idolizes an 'attractive female celebrity' at all. The more I think about it, the more of deviation from nature it is. Up until the post-1960s Hollywood entertainment industry, there were next to no 'female celebrities', and those who were were dignified women like Queen Victoria.

Women were never 'idolized' in the past simply for 'being attractive' - sexually loose, physically attractive wenches may have been desired at whorehouses and burlesque theaters, but they never never made into icons, or drooled over by hordes of virginal white knights who couldn't even bench press a sheet of paper yet claim they'd "beat up" some guy who looked at her the wrong way.

Just another example of a complete role-reversal promoted by the degenerate entertainment industry.

Especially places like national where you'll see those career women carrying on about their oil & gas job. When in reality they probably do paperwork and answer the phone for 8hrs a day.

I really really hope she gets killed off in her show.
The show was created by Dick Wolf. The guy who created Law & Order franchise.
He has A LOT of pull in the TV world. There's been case when an actor/actress fucks up offset in the real world and then gets killed or fired from the show.
I.e. a few members of the Lost cast were killed off because they were pulled over for DUI's.

I'm sure Sophia Bush did feel uncomfortable chatting with her fan. Adulation from a random nobody fan constitutes "low-quality supply." Complaining about it on social media and receiving the support of thousands is the mechanism by which she converted the low-quality supply into high-quality supply. Sort of like fractional distillation.

A multi-millionaire TV star putting a random, overly friendly fan on blast for an episode any "normal" person would simply shrug off as a cost of doing business certainly shows a shocking lack of empathy. You already have everything, yet I guess it's still not enough.

Standard story of an aging woman trying to artificially raise her value by complaining about one single man paying unwanted attention to her. No one knows/cares who the fuck this B-lister is so putting out a "gurrrl power" self-victimizing hit-piece is a good way to drum up a little notoriety to inch her way into the spotlight.

I bet my bottom dollar this guy on the plane was merely making casual conversation with her because he recognized her from a TV show, she never once told him she didn't want to talk, and then felt "uncomfortable" because he looked at her. If you don't want to be looked at then don't go outside. The fuck.

Really the prospect of meeting someone who is actually a fan of hers is probably strange and she didn't know how to deal with it tactfully and gracefully.
