Could have been more descriptive in the title but this is potentially groundbreaking science. Cool stuff. Not that I'd approve of motherless human babies but it seems like they can apply the science in other useful ways.

Meltdowns aside, it is common courtesy, TMK, to post poignant excerpts from the article (highlighting main points) in which you find worthy to post in this forum.

It is also good form to draw some conclusions / post your opinion about said article. This will incite and lubricate discussion, which is the sole purpose of creating a thread is it not?

This "anti-click" approach that we promote here is two-fold. A lot of articles that are quoted tend to be leftist / SJW diatribe and each click lines their pockets; something we actively try and avoid for obvious reasons (not that this article is in that camp, but you get the picture).

Even if it's not added to the official rules, the way we post threads is part of the forum culture. Rather than come out all guns blazing, newcomers should quickly get to understand this culture by spending a little time poking around.

It's this particular forum's culture which make this space, (compared to other similar forums), so successful as a repository of knowledge and place to exchange ideas - it is the reason that coming to this forum is literally a life-changing discovery.

In comparison, the discussion on every other forum for men will quickly devolve into irrelevant and meaningless drivel. And even in the potentially useful contributions, the level of discourse will always be inferior due the members' inability to use correct grammar, punctuation and spelling. These are just two examples.

The OP, with a handful of posts to his name, made an ignorant mistake which ran counter to our forum culture when posting his thrad. As a result received a very mild hazing from a more established member, a hazing which actually helpfully pointed out how he could improve in the future. He then flew into a tantrum like a 12 year old girl, when he should have learned his lesson and quietly moved on.

Pity, because it is actually an interesting article.

I had a question for one of the regular posters who doesn't get upset when his presentation is criticised, is it better to just copy and paste the entire article if they come from some lamestream media source like the telegraph, huff and puff post, guardian etc?

I quote the relevant part, which may be the entire article, highlight any particularly interesting parts, and sometimes say what else they talked about in the article if I only quoted part of it. I always include a link to the original.

I'm don't care about trying to deny shitty sites their pageviews or anything like that.
