On another note, I believed I have created the ultimate rare pepe. One that is protected against reproduction in a unique manner.

The pepe is an encrypted part of an exe file that both displays the pepe and simultaneously hacks into the Clinton's personal email servers where it generates a message notifying the Clintons of the intrusion and listing the personal details of the pepe viewer. It goes without saying that most people are not willing to suffer the consequences for trying to get a screencap of this, the rarest of pepes.

I truly wish I could show it you, guys. Its rich colours and majestic brushstrokes are accented by subtly placed optical illusions that defy the viewer's ability to determine if the pepe is animated or still, moreover it instils the sense that the pepe is alive and watching over the viewer while also engaged in the full depth of his infinitely nuanced feels.

If the Clintons are ever put behind bars then perhaps this pepe can see the light of day and become a pepe of the people, but for now it's just too dangerous to share it.
