I went to Vancouver about a week ago and met with jj90 and another bro from the forum. Very chill dudes. Thank you for your hospatality. I still owe one of the guys a round of drinks.

I was only in the city for literally two nights and as I had a girl already with me, I only had one night to go out in the city. I met with jj90 at about 8 pm and we immediately hit the town.

First stop was a taco joint in the city center called Gastown. This is where the majority of your clubs and bars are located. The tacos were pretty good and I had noticed women in the alley chilling.

Logistics foreword:

I've never been to a modern city with transportation that is this poor in my life. There is no Uber here, the taxis are sparse and the bus system is shit. If you go, make sure you either rent a car or get a place in the party area of Gastown. It will be expensive but WELL worth it.


Daygame:

I couldn't really game as I was with a girl, however, there are many areas of the city where you can go. Perhaps my favorite is a place called Stanley park; which was located on the Bay and was rated one of the best parks in the world. Women come here to relax and are very approachable.

Nightgame and Nightlife:

The best place we went to was a place called the Lamplighter. It's located in the Gastown area and reminds me of a bar in Houston. Very approachable girls who are ready to party. I got one make out from here and I felt her tits. She wanted to fuck me in the bathroom but her friends stopped her. Where the fuck were you jj90 Overall, the women here are very receptive. HOWEVER, they are insanely liberal and feminist. As such, they are very apprehensive to bang you. I got lucky to be honest.

How we got her to buy us drinks:

Me and jj90 got sick of the Lamplighter are I got cockblocked by the defensive linemen of a woman posing as her friend. As we were walking out we notice these two girls, easily 7s to low 8s waiting outside the club. I grab one and ask her why is she in line? To come with us, we are VIP. She goes "no way, that won't work." I said come here. Took her hand and then replicated the stamp from my hand onto hers by pressing down hard. We then all went to the bar where jj90 used a slick line "so that means you all owe us drinks!" The girls obliged. It was awesome.

I also got another girl who was with her husband to buy us food. But that's because I was drunk as fuck and my American Express wasn't accepted everywhere like visa.

Tinder game:

Tinder works amazingly well in Vancouver on the surface. I'm still talking to girls there a week later. Although I didn't meet with any so I can't comment on efficacy.


Summary:

I would visit there again if I didn't have anything else to do or if I had a purpose. There are some of the most friendliest people there, however, cock shield is high. There are so many better places but it's definitely a place you want to see before you die for the hell of it.

I concur with pretty much everything in this thread and have had similar experiences in Vancouver, the girls are pretty approachable just don't talk politics to them as the OP noted. I don't have enough experience in other North American cities of similar size or caliber to compare them to Vancouver but I can tell you that as someone who lives and works in Edmonton, a couple of days in Vancouver is a breath of fresh air both for the city itself and the women who live there. There is good reason that the city is consistently rated as one of the best to live in the world, I highly recommend a visit.

You're in Alberta? Very nice. What's the best city there? I've always wanted to go camping. There are some amazing spots I hear.

As far as any city you can compare Vancouver to, I'd say San Francisco is probably the most comparable but imagine a SF with a less of a pretentious douche attitude and you have it. But at least SF has decent logistics. I feel for men in Vancouver. It's incredible difficult with logistics.

As I mentioned above, I'm mostly in Edmonton which sucks major balls and I wouldn't advise anyone in their right mind to visit although I will say that someone who has an interesting story like a California ID or a British accent with a bit of game can get laid here, the girls are slutty and like to party and fuck, unfortunately for me the guy from the east looking for work who speaks in a funny accent doesn't go over too well in the west, but I digress.

If you were to visit Alberta, then your priorities should be: Banff/Lake Louise (1-2 days) then Calgary (1-2 days) and if you have an extra day then Etown for a day. There's no reason to spend more than 3-5 days in Alberta unless you are a hardcore mountain sport type or want to get the Aussie or Kiwi flag and a couple of itchy souvenirs on your cock to take home.

I have no comment about the logistics of Vancouver but it doesn't surprise me that they suck, like most Canadian cities. I've taken the Skytrain and its mostly gotten me where I wanted to go but usually when I say in Vancouver, its downtown, either with my tweaker stripper friend who has the bomb pad or down on skid row where my frugal/cheap ass stays when that bitch won't answer her phone.

Most important part of the night : the free fucking donairs we each both got from some Russian jewish girl who was with her husband. Decent looking girl too, 7/10 WB.

All in all, pretty good night, we never even made it out of Gastown to Yaletown or Granville.

@scotian: Yeah agree, Etown girls are usually DTF just cause it's deadmonton.
