I noticed that some girl I know who I met in a social circle may be interested in me. What's stumping me is the fact that I never really had her in my mind outside of conversations that we had. I did not have any attraction to her at all.

We have a few classes together by chance, and I noticed ( thanks to the forum) that she left many open gateways for longer conversations, and it was when I was conversing with someone else about how I met her earlier that I realized.

The thing is, I'm not really looking to game her; however, I would like to increase my conversational skills, but I don't want to seem like I am interested in her. The social circle we share is too important for her to think that I am chasing her.

Then all you have to do is talk to her if you want to. It's not like there's someone standing behind you putting a gun to your head forcing you to do anything.

Girls are pretty good at showing that they have no interest.

They'll limit their responses to short answers and try their best to give every impression that you aren't good enough to be seen with them.

If they view you as good enough to be seen publicly with, you can bang them if you do your job right.

You'll know that they view you as good enough to talk to because they'll actually engage you or if they are shy, they'll at least make a moderate effort.

Girls rarely plan on having sex, because they need plausible deniability to ensure that they don't have to feel like a slut.

The truth is that if a girl isn't a virgin, isn't a 28 year old used up slut who is tired of getting played, and doesn't view you with distain, if you can get her into a seduction situation (evening hours, privacy, comfortable location), you can bang her. This isn't something she hasn't done before. Once she's in a location with you where sex can comfortable occur and you kiss her and she gets horny, she won't be able to not have sex, unless she's given herself some rule (3rd date Kate).

If you have enough value to be viewed as a sexual option for a woman and you are willing to go the distance (several dates) and she isn't playing you (to gain resources without giving sex, etc), you will get the bang.

The only other thing to consider is that girls talk.

Don't plan on banging more than one girl from a smaller social circle, although it can be done. But focus on your preferred target, because she might be the only one you are allowed to fuck once word gets around. Girls don't like to step on each others toes if they think they'll get caught.

I guess it is the fear of having problems that is making me hesitate.

You've said you're not attracted to her, but you're picking up cues that make you think she's interested in you. Unless she doesn't have a strong pull on your group of friends, you can probably keep her at a distance without much trouble.

Personally, I think you should test the waters a little bit and see what she does. Just talk to her, but keep the conversation as banal and casual as possible. "Hey, X, how's it going." "sure is some nice weather out here." Then you can see how she reacts and what she says.

Besides, what kind of problems are you afraid of having?
