As noted, England is a step worse than America from an alt-right perspective. The mixed race %, this and figures like him being banned from social media, Farage and others with no legitimacy. How did it get so far off track there without the Zionist cultural marxists in the media and the true entitlement to the land?

Quote:Will Chamberlain @willchamberlain
A year ago, Tommy was convicted of Contempt of Court for filming 4 defendants who were alleged to have gang-raped a young woman. His sentence was suspended.
Tommy argued that he didn't intend to derail the trial. Under UK law, that doesn't matter - there is *strict liability* for *criminal* contempt charges.
We don't have a ton of detail on the court proceedings today, but it sounds like a similar set of facts to a year ago - Tommy was livestreaming outside the courthouse, arrested, his suspended sentence was revoked and some additional time was tacked on.
The really interesting question - how on earth the judge could BAN REPORTING on the trial - shows yet again how insane UK law is. Judge Marson's order cites section 4(2) of the 1981 Contempt of Court act justifying the reporting ban.
This provision allows the court to ban TRUE and ACCURATE reporting about a criminal case. Once the judge issues this order, publishing TRUE and ACCURATE accounts of the case is a CRIME. (Excerpt from here: https://www.judiciary.gov.uk/wp-content/...2016-2.pdf …)
Nominally, this flowchart describes the process which courts are supposed to use before implementing reporting restrictions. From my reading, the argument FOR reporting restrictions is that they help make the trial stay fair and prevent jury contamination.
(Same source as above)
This rationale wouldn't fly in the United States - as @Timcast put it, thank God for the First Amendment. (Also due thanks - the Supreme Court in New York Times v. United States) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_York_T...ted_States …
And we should be thankful. Courts, and the Crown, are abusing reporting restrictions like crazy. In one case, the Court banned truthful reporting on a terrorism trial *after the trial was over*.
Similarly, it looks like Judge Marson is abusing her authority here.
Let's go back to the order. It put reporting restrictions on *Tommy's* case. Not the case he was covering. The restriction ends when the case he was *covering* ends - but the restriction is NOT on that case.
Read that Orwellian language. Reporting on Tommy's imprisonment is "necessary to avoid a substantial risk of prejudice to the administration of justice in *these* proceedings." That makes no sense! There's no jury trial for contempt of court! He's already been sentenced!
This is an incredible abuse of reporting restrictions, which already are a noxious instrument in the hands of the UK government. Judge Marson convicted Tommy of Contempt of Court, and banned anyone from reporting on - or criticizing - her actions. Abuse. Of. Power.
The UK Government has arrogated to itself enormous, discretionary power - just like with the Terrorism Act. And as @Lauren_Southern, @Martin_Sellner, and @BrittPettibone can attest, the UK government now abuses that power to silence people it doesn't like.
In short: The UK is a police state. The UK government can throw people in jail, and ban anyone from talking about why they did so. Appalling and contemptible. #FreeTommy #FreeTommyRobinson
ADDENDUM: I got the name of the judge wrong. It's Geoffrey Marson, not Denise Marson. Apologies!
Why does this guy look exactly like I imagined he would look? Fucking pedo John-Oliver-smirk and all.

Sargon couldn't possibly comment. He has a young family you see. Not like Tommy who is banged up!
Fucking joker. Still making a vid about it though.
I can see why Carl from Swindon is such a fucking lol cow on the chans. Spineless like the rest of them, but still making bank.
Give it a break. When the new law passes, then they will be able to imprison Sargon for 6 years just over one of his This Week in Stupid videos.
And Peter Sweden would be behind bars already.
Statements like "What are you doing? Why haven't you demonstrated and are behind bars? Why haven't you killed someone already?"
This is all bullshit. Everyone has his way of dealing with things on an individual basis.
Those guys put out there face out there and become thus almost unemployable by conventional companies. When you don't have children, then you can also bluster proudly of how brave you are.
I would have certainly advise Tommy to not go down this route - he got arrested for the same thing he got a suspended sentence before.

From what I understand, it's not the same thing. He got the suspended sentence before for filming defendants during a court trial, violating their privacy and that of court proceedings. He got arrested now for reporting on the event from outside the courthouse with no one present, for working as a news reporter without violating anything at all.
Carl/Sargon is friends with Stephen/Tommy in real life and I'm sure he'll be doing what he can without putting him and his family at risk in an increasingly totalitarian United Kingdom. I'm genuinely thinking that it's only a matter of time before one of the UK-based posters here gets put in jail for association to Tommy or something similar.
I agree with your posts Transsimian and Zel. Rigsby... I'm going to take a guess that you wrote that Sargon post after a couple of beers! He's irritating at times, but doesn't deserve that level of vitriol.
I'm going to post a comment from a video regarding Sargon's:
Quote:There are many ways to fight, most don't end in you being thrown in jail. You can beat your chest and virtue signal about being a real man all you like, it's just a petty tactic to try to convince someone else to end their life to protect yours.
He is using his platform to spread information. That's just as important as the people who do the sacrificing. If everyone sacrifices there is no one to spread the news that it happened, or explain why it was an injustice that needs to be fought.
Voting is pointless in Britain. It's just been getting more and more authoritarian since I was born, and we've many administrations since then. They're panicking because people are uniting against a common enemy: them. They won't let Tommy die in prison. He's way more high profile than he was last time he was inside, with much broader mainstream support. I only have to go on his facebook profile and see which mutual friends 'like' the page to see his influence is growing.
LoveBug, as Gmac said about Jews a few pages ago, there's dozens of threads where you can post about race etc... this thread is about Tommy and he's not on board with that stuff. He's a civic nationalist classical liberal (though privately he is on board with the notion of white people remaining the majority in Europe). You can argue against civic nationalism, liberalism etc on other threads, as people on here tend to do. Let's keep this about Tommy and events surrounding him.

Britain First leader who was imprisoned a few months ago got beaten up by Muslims within one week. He was only moved to a different unit afterwards. He could have been killed in that same time.
1984 is almost here - next is that the likes of Tommy will disappear, be tortured to death.
If things escalate rapidly, which I suspect they will — this is an inevitability since Saudi Arabia wields so much influence over here — I think I'll be arrested at some point in my life for a political reason. Genuinely worrying what's happening in the UK. A 'conservative' government as well. What a joke.

< The last truly revolutionary UK party were the Green Shirt one in the 1930s - they ran on an anti-usury platform taking control of the central bank and issuing money interest-free. Of course they had no chance. Ever since then there was close to zero hope. Brexit was fine, but is just 10% of the fullness of the problem-solving ability of the Green-shirts. And even a real Brexit is not certain - it's not even sure whether anything will change after Britain actually leaves the EU and gets the pound back.

If the establishment is smart they won't make a martyr out of Tommy. It's the kind of thing which will cause blowback, even a generation from now. Think Nelson Mandela.

Predictably this is backfiring up their detached rears.
It's official. Tommy Robinson is Emmanuel Goldstein and the proles are politically awake.
Quote:But the proles, if only they could somehow become conscious of their own strength, would have no need to conspire. They needed only to rise up and shake themselves like a horse shaking off flies. If they chose they could blow the Party to pieces tomorrow morning. Surely sooner or later it must occur to them to do it?

The petition will be as effective as all the other petitions about Brexit, Islam and immigration, as in it will do absolutely FUCK ALL.
In fact it will be worse than nothing because now you're basically attaching your real name to a document that says I support Tommy Robinson and giving it to our traitorous government.
It's far more likely Tommy Robinson is killed in prison like the guy who was arrested for putting bacon inside a mosque.
The time for peaceful change has ended.
Edit: A more effective method of change would be to dox all the judges, prosecutors and police involved in this case, their families too.

It's times like this that the diaspora of red-pilled, western civilization loving nationalists is really our greatest weakness. If you had all of us across the west inside the UK, we could march in the millions. But we are separated across thousands of miles from Lublin in Poland to Perth in Australia, to Cape town in SA to Edmonton in Canada. Some of us, if we are lucky, might know a handful of individuals in our social circles that are on the same level.
I'd be out there protesting and causing headaches for the authorities if I wasn't thousands of kms away in rural Canada, and my buddies would be too.. alas I might just get a plane ticket to England if this really starts to build, i'll just tell the Canadian customs on my port of exit I'm going to go see a radical Imam in England as to not be immediately boarded for any "extremism".
We ultimately expanded too far and too wide from Europe in those centuries of exploration and colonization without seeding or in this case, leaving the appropriate amount of shitlords in these places to have a functional block to combat the authoritarianism of our times.

That is why they went so apeshit when Roosh proposed the casual meetups. It would not have been dangerous to them initially. But they quickly realized that such a global male movement that spans across all continents might later become very dangerous. They know that women are followers when men breach the first trenches.
They are not going to budge on this. Even if you have 200.000 men marching down the streets, then they would not release Tommy. 2 - 5 mio. - maybe, but then he would not have been arrested. They know what to get away with.

You are right Teedub. I sincerely apologize. I throw myself in to this stuff sometimes because it helps to take my mind off other things. Still no excuse for being a bit of a prick, which I was in this instance. Getting one emotion to substitute for another is not the answer it would seem. Won't happen again. I do wonder why any sane man would dive deep in to this stuff when the odds are so stacked against them.
And again, I can't disagree with anything you've written - you are spot on, on all counts. Sincere apologies all round. I'm actually a little ashamed of what I wrote. I take it back, and would edit it if possible.
You are right as well about the problem of being associated with Tommy. If I may offer some mitigation in my defense, it's that I think this starts with Tommy, then it works its way down from there, to even us lowly posters here on RVF (even though we do not advocate violence). There's a sense of something in the air, and a bit of a pre-war like atmosphere, where people on the same side are kind of testing each other. There certainly are some men prepared to sacrifice more than others, but a public forum is not the place to talk about it, or even posture.
I still unreservedly apologize though, both to Sargon and to any one else on the forum I made to look bad by association. Unity and focus is called for, not empty personal posturing against those that are (admittedly) doing much more than me in the great fight.
I thought this was a good video by 'brother john' -
Skip to about half way through the video for some really great points he makes. I disagree with a lot of stuff that john says, but I like him, and he speaks from the heart if nothing else. A good Rochdale lad!
Talking of Rochdale.
Redpill Phil was out there on patrol -
Phil is a big advocate for Tommy, and the whole central argument that Tommy originally had is shored up by the work Phil is doing. It's great to see the local Sikh community get involved. It's great to see women get involved as well. These are people doing it for real and not just mouthing off on internet forums (like me). They humble me.
This young chap is pretty impressive as well. He's a bit gung ho at times, but he does take the temperature of the feelings of many others:
He's very articulate in a no nonsense way. And he's someone that is prepared to put his face out there. He's got balls.

One more thing. Trump was more effective in the culture war before he became president. Now he's out of his element and surrounded by scum. All he would have to do to put pressure on the UK government would be to send a tweet about it. That's it. Just a tweet.
"Especially Roosh offers really good perspectives. But like MW said, at the end of the day, is he one of us?"
Was quite a good turnout today at such short notice -
Saw a video from an "ex-copper". Saying he didn't really support Tommy but he supported his blah blah blah. He also said, not to protest, but to vote for impotent political parties. Yeah right. I don't trust anything a copper tells me, let alone an 'ex' one. You never become an 'ex' copper. Once a copper, always a copper.
Don't believe the hype.
Maybe they are gen. Who knows.
I've never seen the public turn on the police as much as they have the last couple of days. And these people know the police are just following orders. They know they are ruled by the 'higher-ups'. But they don't care.
If the police want to be the first line of attack against the people, then the people will hold them accountable. I've never seen anything like it. Open dissent. And from people who are traceable and have verifiable accounts on social media.
Expect more 'ex' police to come out of the woodwork to try to calm the situation.
I feel the beast stirring...

On one hand, research into Robinson shows he is bought and sold by Israel and the Neocons. As such, Trump should show his loyalty.
On the other hand, he's just one Gentile, and Trump's let others in that group twist in the wind in the past (Milo), or thrown them to the wolves when they've ceased to be of use to him (Bannon). Trump already apologized for retweeting anti-Muslim tweets from an English Group to Piers Morgan and talks about his 'special relationship' with May. This came at the time the UK had decided to back America against both Russia and Iran, and around the time that Corbyn and the Labour Party over there started being accused of *yawn* Anti-Semitism.
Wait and see, I guess.
