How well can you really watch the 35.000 people who are on the watch-lists? I am sure that the secret services have them electronically under surveillance, probably even voice recognition active, so that they catch the terror and can arrest one Jihadi per day in Britain, but how long will that work?

When the watchlist swells to 100.000, 500.000, 1.000.000? Even non-stop tagging won't work anymore, since the numbers of SWAT teams to take them off the streets would no longer be available. It would take a lousy 2-3 weeks with 10.000 slaughtered Britons to kick off civil war. By then this would be really the only option.
