5 years for international drug trafficking of 95 fucking kilos of class A/schedule 1 drufs in fucking Australia? Where the reason the drug prices are so fucking high is because the penalties and difficulty of getting shit in there is so high only hardened criminals even bother.

Holy pussy pass batman. That's some shit. I haven't been shocked by reduced sentences for women for a while but that's on another level.

The reason penalties are so draconian on drugs is to get people to flip on the next guy up the chain. 5 years some number will take the hit rather than go on witness protection.

It will be interesting to see if drug cartels utilize more women traffickers in countries that have instituted the pussy pass.

(a) Female judge, who decided to get a bit catty on the bench and ragged off Instagram and girls who sit on it all day.

(b) The handler won't get 25 to life. 95 kg is high end dealing, but it'll be closer to 15 years or so. 25 to life is for murder and really high end armed robbery in Australia, they only keep 20 years plus for the really Mr Bigs, not glorified shippers who speak shitty English.

© That aside, Roberge should've got a significantly harder sentence than her co-accused. She pleaded guilty on the eve of trial. Despite putting the prosecution through all the preparation necessary before she only got about three months above what the other girl did. Plea of guilty normally nets you 30% off the sentence if you have no prior record, but that number is meant to drop the more you fuck the prosecution around. Pussy pass again. By the way, seeing as she's been in prison since they arrested her, she's already done 2 years of the sentence.
